QT: Help! My host is out of control!

All Leaf knows is to endure. It took her centuries to reach her current state. Just as she decided to go on a long-awaited vacation from her arduous existence, an unassuming void appeared in front of her, capturing her soul and plunging her into unconsciousness. When she regained consciousness, a voice reverberated in her mind. Zero: “Binding 100% complete. Congratulations, host. I am System Zero, at your service. You are compelled to navigate predetermined Mission Worlds, executing tasks under the directives of the God System.” Leaf: "And what if I refuse?” Zero: “Death penalty.” Leaf: "...Well, sh*t." ...a few worlds later Zero: "Host, please do not do this...." Leaf: "This is just karma and call me 'Master'" Suddenly a jealous figure grabbed Zero in the head and threw it in an uncharted void... Zero: "Master! Help!" Zeres: "Wife, stop playing with your toy and ...." Zeres's voice got muffled while engulfing his proclaimed wife with darkness until they disappeared and went to who knows where. +++++ Schedule: Will be back this August 2025 for daily uploads! - 1 chapter per day - 1500 plus words per chapter - Every 0400 hrs (GMT+8) Arc 1/3: - Volume 1: In progress - +++++ Please do leave a paragraph or chapter comment in any form before you leave. Darling: Don't Open That Door

My lips were tightly shut. My expression—blank. As if I didn’t understand the meaning behind his gaze, now sharper than ever. His fingers traced slowly along my jawline. The motion was calm. Measured. Too careful to be called affectionate. “So naive,” he whispered, barely audible. “Your breath... unchanged. Even your heartbeat is steady.” He leaned in. His lips brushed the skin beneath my ear—warm, but not seductive. A mere distraction. “These eyes... don’t lie. But they’re not completely honest either, are they?” His left hand slid to my back, tracing down my shoulder blades, then lower—to my waist. And stopped. Still. As if checking something. “Do you realize...” he continued, his voice soft yet piercing, “...of all the people who’ve seen my darkest side... you’re the only one who didn’t run.” I stayed silent. Just blinked once more, then gave a faint smile. “And why would I run?” My voice was light. Playful. I even let out a small laugh, more like a sigh. He didn’t laugh back. His gaze remained deep. His hand still touched my cheek—cold, scented with metal and leather. And then I... ...smiled. Genuinely. I leaned up slightly, raised his face gently with both hands, and kissed his cheek. The kiss left no mark, just a soft sound: chu — sweet, innocent. Almost like a child trying to show love. “Oh! You must be tired,” I said lightly. “I only made fish soup tonight, but the cuts are... kind of a mess.” I tugged gently at the hem of his shirt—playful, affectionate. Pulling him to hover directly over me. I slowly lay back on the bed, though my feet still touched the floor. My gaze never left him—looking up from the most vulnerable position. “But don’t ask why the cuts turned out so ugly,” I added with a small giggle. “Because earlier, the knife—” “The knife?” He interrupted. Flat voice. I nodded slowly, my eyes still bright. “Yeah, it’s so heavy! Where did you even buy it? Sharp, scary... but cool. Like... the kind used by a serial killer! Hehe~” For a few seconds, his expression shifted. Not angry. Not bothered. But... something changed. As if his mind had just collided with a memory that should’ve stayed locked away. Then, still calm, he said: “Don’t use that knife again. You could get hurt.” His fingers slipped into my hair—gentle, yet cold. “Tomorrow, I’ll give you a new one. Something that suits your hands better.” Then his lips lowered again. To my neck. At first, it tickled. But it quickly turned into something deeper than clumsy affection. Our breathing grew uneven. His body pressed heavily over mine, making the bed creak with every move.

The Heavenly Miss Xiulan (Who Is Most Definitely Not a Boy)

In the 3,476th year of the Celestial Calendar, the Heavenly Emperor—whose divinity was rivaled only by his boredom—rewrote the Immortal Code of Gender Assignments during a particularly uneventful spring. According to Clause 89, Subsection Moonlight, Paragraph Absolutely-Not-Optional, any being born with an overwhelmingly high-yin spiritual constitution could only, by universal decree, be classified as female. It was simple. Efficient. Divine. Except… someone made a mistake. A mortal child was born deep within the darkest stretch of the Eternal Spirit Forest, surrounded by mist, mystery, and mushrooms that sang lullabies. He was bright-eyed, soft-voiced, high-yin… and very, very male. The thunder cracked the day he laughed. A white wolf howled. A snake offered him venom like warm milk. The trees whispered ancient songs. And the heavens? Well, they began preparing lightning bolts on standby—just in case someone down there got too clever and said something like: “Wait… is that a boy?” Boom. Thus began the most unusual cultivation tale in ten thousand realms. A tale of a child raised by beasts, mistaken for a goddess, blessed with yin that could stop hearts, and cursed with thunder that would smite anyone who dared question the Heavenly Code. This is the story of Xiulan. Or as the forest calls him: “Our beautiful, powerful, emotionally unstable daughter.” Or as heaven calls him: “ERROR 404: Gender Not Found.”
