Weil es mehere Menschen gefährdet wurden Samurai dazu aufgetragen diese zu erledigen. Diese werden auch Reaper genannt die besondere Fähigkeiten besitzen. Die Story spielt sich rund um den Reaper Ginki der viele Geheimnisse mit sich bringt der von seiner Schwester Xenilia oder auch Xeni begleitet wird und auch Freunde die er in Laufe der Story kennenlernt.
