Regression of The End
"He who fights with monsters might take care lest he thereby become a monster. And if you gaze for long into an abyss, the abyss gazes also into you." - Friedrich Nietzsche
In the year 2254, Angels descended upon the world to give humanity a test for their survival - The Games. Jason has just died in the final level of The Games and has regressed via the Regressor's Judgement stone for the 1,000th time. However, upon waking up in the newly regressed world, Jason finds the Regressor's Judgement stone has disappeared from his inventory and this is his final attempt to beat The Games.
Preface:
Question to the reader: Suppose you were a regressor who lived and died hundreds and hundreds of times. Live, learn, fight, die, regress. How would this change you: change your emotions, relationships, attachments, philosophy, ideals... and care for the world.
This novel dives into this very question.
Note:
