Legend Of The Seeker

Seeker’s Saga

The World of Seeker’s Saga Seeker’s Saga is a vast, high-stakes adventure story set in a world where exploration is the ultimate pursuit, and power comes at a deadly cost. Humanity has colonized only 30% of the world, while the rest remains uncharted, teeming with colossal creatures, ancient ruins, and mysteries that could reshape civilization itself. At the heart of this world is Muti, the energy that fuels all supernatural abilities. It is incredibly powerful, but it always requires an equivalent exchange—life force. Every time a Seeker uses Muti, they shorten their lifespan, suffer physical damage, or risk losing their abilities forever. Humanity has long feared what lies beyond its borders, especially the Dark Continent—Terragigantus, an unfathomably massive landmass filled with primordial horrors, time distortions, and lost civilizations. Only four people have ever returned from it alive. Now, as nations, rogue factions, and legendary Seekers race to uncover the truth, the world stands on the edge of a new age of discovery—an age where only the strongest, smartest, and most ruthless will survive. ⸻ The State of the World Humanity & Exploration Human civilization is at its peak, yet most of the world remains unknown. The four major continents are well-settled and technologically advanced, but everything beyond them is untamed, dangerous, and full of secrets. • The New Continent – The last known land before the Dark Continent, recently rediscovered. Its people possess superior navigation skills, and remnants of a lost civilization hint at humanity’s forgotten past. • The Dark Continent (Terragigantus) – The largest landmass, 50x the size of Earth. It is filled with mountains taller than the clouds, forests that move on their own, and creatures that can shatter cities. • Geographical Anomalies – The terrain constantly shifts, time moves differently, and Muti behaves in unpredictable ways. • Uncharted Mysteries – It is rumored that a lost human civilization still exists there, hidden beyond humanity’s reach. • Survival Rate: Close to Zero – Of the 100 people who have ventured into the Dark Continent, only four returned—and one, Silva, mysteriously vanished after writing about it. The Seeker Culture Seekers are the ultimate adventurers, revered like celebrities, warriors, and scientists all in one. They dedicate their lives to: • Hunting lost artifacts and forbidden knowledge. • Exploring ruins and uncovering forgotten civilizations. • Battling creatures that rival gods in power. • Challenging one another in deadly, high-stakes tournaments. However, the deeper Seekers push into the unknown, the more the world pushes back. The strongest Seekers often don’t die in battle, but from the cost of their own power. ⸻ The Power System: Muti Muti is the core of all supernatural abilities, but it is unlike other power systems: • Equivalent Exchange – Every use of Muti has a cost, usually draining life force. The stronger the technique, the greater the sacrifice. • Advanced Techniques Require Risk – Some Seekers shorten their lifespan by years, while others suffer insanity, blindness, or physical decay. • Certain Artifacts & Techniques Can Reduce the Cost – But most are rare, forbidden, or outright dangerous to use. Types of Muti Seekers can specialize in different branches of Muti: • Elemental Muti – Fire, water, air, lightning, earth—often mixed with rare variations like Blood Manipulation or Cosmic Energy. • Biological Muti – Enhancing the body, shapeshifting, beast transformations. • Psychic Muti – Illusions, mind control, time perception, and reality warping. • Spatial Muti – Teleportation, gravity manipulation, and interdimensional travel. • Forbidden Muti – Blood magic, soul binding, and resurrection—at extreme costs. Certain individuals have unique Muti mutations, like Omen Eyes (Viatra), which grant supernatural perception and future sight but lead to blindness or insanity. ⸻ The Dark Continent
