One of these celestial artifacts lies in the hands of his master and after being passed down to Trick, he becomes the 10th wielder of the mystical “Trickster’s Hat.” He must now use this new found power to try to do what humanity has failed at for thousands of years, attempt to end the curse of the void. Yet in doing so his life is troubled by a series of conflicts as he embraces the harsh reality, that he too might have vestiges of the dark bloodline of the void. “Trick, you have your own curse to break.”

This first chapter is mostly for me to receive criticism for the future and what I can do better for future chapters. This is my first story that I have written and I am hoping to improve along the way. I will also try to release at least 1 chapter every week or two. Hopefully I'll be able to increase how many I release when I become less occupied with school. After attempting to steal from a god ,the trickster Reynard is forced to flee to the mortal/human world. But after a couple years, the god he tried to steal from finds him again, so Reynard goes on a mission to find his friends and an item that will help him kill this god and also put his secret plan into motion

Adam is an Albino Metis, a form of werewolf that is considered an abomination by most because they are born in their werewolf war form. Adam has another problem: he was raised in a lab, undergoing many experiments before having his first shift and being able to take human form. He was saved by a powerful sorceress named Faith. Faith raised Adam with two other adopted children, Adam’s adoptive sister Lucy, another sorcerer, and Adam’s adoptive brother Jessy, a boy with psychic powers. This is not a world were werewolves are underdogs, they are killing machines created by Mother earth, Gaia. They are in a desperate battle against the coming end, using all they have. They are shamans, tricksters, warriors, judges and storytellers amongst the shifting races. above all, they might be Gaia's hope or doom. Adam, in his war form, looks a lot like an albino Anubis, and in his wolf form, he looks like an Egyptian jackal. This form makes Faith and many others think that Adam is of the Silent Strider bloodline, a bloodline connected to Anubis, the Egyptian god. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________ A few notes. Any character that resembles people in real life is accidental; I do not plan on using characters from the real world. All characters are fictional. Adam is bisexual with a preference toward more feminine appearances. He is mostly confused as he is a little antisocial, but there is the possibility of relationships or hookups. Adam is the product of experiment so he might be a lot stronger than what a normal werewolf would be but still that isn’t much in the world of godlike monsters. As for the story, I am using world of darkness setting. This story will feature characters and rules from the world of darkness with a few changes but all rights are reserved for Paradox and white wolf.
