Zehra closed her eyes on the feel of his touch. Her skin started to tingle where his fingers touched her cheeks till behind her ears. "Zehra" he said in whisper on which she opened her eyes only to met with Black charcoal orbs which were staring at her intently. "Hmm" she hummed lost in the intensity of his orbs. "Even I couldn't find it!" He said still in whisper,she got confused as in what he couldn't find. ~*~ "Shut up, just shut the hell up." He yelled at her bringing more tears in her eyes and he started pacing around the room. "Listen... Listen to me" She spoke in a whisper making him more furious. His eyes have become red and his body started shaking due to the anger boiling inside him. "If you want to explain your filthy sentence which you just spoke then it would be better if you would not speak at all" He again said in the same voice making her cower back in fear seeing his state, hearing his loud voice his mother rushed to their bedroom. She was shocked to see her crouched on the floor. "What happened? Why are you Yelling Zaroon?" Aabiya shouted at her son and took her daughter in her motherly embrace who was already a crying mess. "Ask your daughter, she has gone mad" Zaroon again spoke, anger lacing his voice making Zehra fear him. "Lower your volume, Zaroon" Aabiya spoke sharply to her son who doesn’t seem to have any kind of effect on her words as he was still pacing around the room while pulling his hair strands. "Handle your daughter, I am going" ~*~

Marcus "Sentinel" Steele and his team after a successful mission of assassinating a terrorist leader in the People's Republic of Karamanda (PRK) (a fictional country in West Africa), get framed for the assassination of presidential candidate Cheikh Abdoulaye in PRK and after escaping a massive manhunt back to Novarica (a fictional country made up of Islands and located in the South Pacific Ocean), are arrested and extradited back to PRK. During transit, sleeper agents attack the convoy, killing Marcus's team. Marcus escapes, interrogates one of the sleeper agents, learns their handler is Christopher, and flees PRK with the help of a friend, Diarra. Marcus enlists the help of a computer genius friend, Lucas, who helps him on his revenge/fact finding mission to track down all those involved in the conspiracy, starting with Christopher. Christopher then implicates Alex Winslow, head of Counterterrorism, EAGLE, and Marcus's handler for 15 years. He assassinates Christopher after questioning him. The death of Christopher leads to a manhunt being launched throughout Nova City, the capital of Novarica, to apprehend Marcus. This sends Marcus briefly into hiding. Marcus confronts Winslow, who implicates National Security Advisor Ronald Clement. Marcus kills Alex then goes after Ronald. Ronald implicates Prime Minister Jordan Richardson, Michael Reginald, and Donald Clayton. Marcus kills Ronald before breaching Donald's safehouse where he obtains fail-safe evidence from him, revealing their conspiracy to assassinate Abdoulaye, so they could control PRK's oil. Marcus shares the evidence with a media friend, who broadcasts it, leading to the arrests of Richardson and Reginald. Public outrage ensues, demanding justice and accountability from the implicated figures.

Over 250 years later terrorists detonate WMDS causing an extinction class nuclear winter. of the 25 billion people that called the planet home only 100 million people managed to escape into space, spread across Habitats spaning out to Pluto. Now, almost a decade after the event now known as The Escape, tensions are running high as resources start to run low. The UEG has put together an ambisious and extreme response. The ARK missions, one-way tickets in deep stasis to other galaxies with potential golden worlds. The good knews, you don't age in stasis, the bad, most people who sleep for the time needed to reach even the nearest galaxy, generally wake up insane, or as a vegetable. The UEG has said that this will be addressed by using a virtual reality to train and allow the sleepers to still have mental activity during stasis. As a bonus to encourage people to sign up and ease the burden on the already straining resources, the first hundred thousand volunteers get some bonus privilages. The choice was obvious for one band of comrades, or atleast for their boss so they got signed up and squared away, what will they bring to this new and different reality?
