Hero In A Worn Out

I Got Caught in a Hero Summoning: as a Blind Swordsman

Victor Drake was a 23-year-old kendo prodigy with a dream: to become the greatest swordsman of the modern era. Kind, goofy, romantic, and sharp-witted, he lived and breathed the way of the blade. But everything changed during a fierce tournament when a tragic accident left him completely blind. His world went dark, but his spirit never dimmed. Relying on instinct, sound, and intuition, Victor adapted. He trained harder, sharper, deeper. Yet fate had more in store. One ordinary day, while walking the city streets, a glowing summoning circle appeared beneath his feet—and before he could react, he was gone. Transported to a grand cathedral in another world, Victor found himself surrounded by high school students and nobles. A beautiful queen stood before them, summoning heroes to battle a rising Demon Lord. But there had been a mistake—Victor wasn’t supposed to be there. He wasn’t a chosen hero. And yet, when a mysterious ding echoed in his mind, a screen appeared before his blinded eyes: Class: Blind Swordsman With no way back and no destiny to follow, Victor carves his own path. His new power lets him “see” the world through sound and motion, sharpening his already deadly swordsmanship to supernatural levels. Determined to chase his dream even in this new world, Victor sets off—not as a hero, but as the Blind Swordsman. His journey begins: exploring dungeons, joining adventurer guilds, fighting monsters, saving villages, befriending gods and demons alike, and facing off against the greatest swordmasters the world has to offer. Along the way, he gathers a diverse—and chaotic—harem of swordswomen, slaves, nobles, and goddesses who fall for his strength, charm, and sheer will. Victor is no saint. He’s a romantic antihero, a sneaky battle junkie with a heart, a sharp tongue, and a blade sharper still. He gets caught in political intrigue, divine conspiracies, and misunderstandings that somehow lead to royal marriages. But no matter what happens, he lives—and fights—by his own code. He wasn’t meant to be a hero. He just wants to become a legend. They may call him blind, but history will remember the name: Victor Drake — the Greatest Swordsman the World Has Ever Known.

A Fate Out Of My Hands

For ten long years, Tatsuya Fukushu lived through hell. Every day, he was beaten. Every day, he was mocked. Every day, he was reminded that the world didn’t want someone like him. The cruelty of his classmates became routine—their fists, their words, their laughter. He endured it all in silence, believing that someday it would end. That someday, if he just kept going, peace would come. But peace never came. One day, something inside him shattered. And in a blind, terrifying moment of rage, he killed them—the three bullies who tormented him for a decade. His hands were stained. His heart, empty. He thought he would finally die. He wanted to die. Instead, he woke up in another world. A world of magic, kingdoms, and ancient prophecy. A world where people could fly, summon fire, and carve mountains with a sword. A world that felt too alive for someone as broken as him. Tatsuya didn’t rejoice at the second chance. He hated it. Hated the sky, the air, the mana that pulsed through him. He wanted silence. He wanted peace. And most of all—he wanted to disappear. But fate is rarely kind. A strange knight named Paul found him, battered and aimless. He claimed there was a prophecy. That someone like Tatsuya had been foretold. Tatsuya didn’t believe a word of it. He didn’t trust him. Why should he? But Paul didn’t ask him to believe. He simply trained him—day after day, sword in hand, never holding back. There were no kind words, only discipline. No promises, only purpose. And slowly, through blood and sweat, Tatsuya began to understand. Trust wasn’t something that came from words. It came from action. And maybe, just maybe… He wasn’t alone anymore.

I Got Caught in a Hero Summoning: Became a Gluttony Mage?!

Ezra Carter was never meant to be a hero. An 18-year-old orphan scarred by a tragic car accident that claimed his parents' lives, Ezra grew up a cold, distant loner. Quiet, cunning, and haunted by the past, he walks the world with no attachments… until one ordinary day, fate pulls a cruel trick. Caught in the middle of a powerful summoning ritual meant for another, Ezra is dragged into a fantasy world not as a hero or sage—but as something far stranger: a Gluttony Mage. His unique skill? Devour. He can consume anything—monsters, weapons, spells, curses, even souls—and absorb their power. With this terrifying gift, he’s feared by nobles, dismissed by adventurers, and misunderstood by nearly everyone… except the royal family who summoned him by mistake. But Ezra refuses to be a pawn in anyone’s game. Instead, he forges his own path. Leaving the palace behind, he sets out as a solo adventurer, soon finding himself at the heart of dungeons, deadly quests, and world-shaking conspiracies. From corrupt churches to ancient gods, power-hungry princes to monstrous cults—he’ll devour them all if they stand in his way. Along the road, he forms unlikely bonds with all walks of life—slaves, commoners, demons, nobles, goddesses, even a demon queen and royal princesses—gathering both allies and a chaotic, diverse harem who fall for the mysterious, brooding mage with a hidden kindness buried beneath layers of shadow. Ezra’s personality remains complex: romantic yet cold, clever yet unhinged, kind yet terrifying—especially when the voices of Devour whisper in his ear, urging him to feed his endless hunger. A battle junkie at heart, he thrives on chaos, fights, and the thrill of walking the edge between control and madness. This is not a hero’s tale. It’s the legend of the Gluttony Mage—a devouring antihero who answers to no god, no king, and no prophecy. Will he become a legend? Or will he devour the very world that summoned him? Action. Comedy. Romance. Chaos. Welcome to Ezra Carter’s second life.

Fate Of A Hero

Somehow, I don't know how for sure, though, I've been sent to the world of my favorite game, Skyrim. The longer I'm here, the more I notice that this world is real. Not simply realistic, but real. Everything I do has an effect on the world, either good or bad, especially in the case with the storylines. I love Skyrim, but I'm not going to be able to survive here, right? How do I get out? Getting out isn't even the beginning of my problems. The longer I stay here, the more I realize – things are different, and not necessarily for the better. -------------- As embarrassing as this is, this is a Skyrim fanfic. It's probably permanently in progress, as I'm mainly just using it as a drawing board to practice writing storylines for games. Writing it out is just a fun way I've got for going about it. I've also written this in a style so that people who haven't played any of the Elder Scrolls series of games can read it as well. I warn you, though, there's a *lot* of words. Side note: I've also got this story on other sites/apps, in case you want to read it there. -------------- This is also a challenge to That Guy Right There. This is a combination of how I would write the fanfic you made, along with the fact that I got tired of waiting for the author, That Guy Right There, to finish his story, "Living Skyrim." It's pretty good, y'all should check it out. However, Guy's mc is an asshole, so I warn you now. The puns he makes are also kinda bad. So I challenge you, Guy. I'm gonna write my version of how it'd go, and you finish yours (unless you died.) This is a direct copy from my work on my other accounts on various reading/writing apps. Check that one out, too. It doesn't matter to me which you support, cuz I'm not monetized by any. I'm just the writer, man.
