Percy Jackson God Of Tartarus

Curiosity of God

NOTE: Vol.2-6 chapters are LONG, ~10X normal (revisions pending). Add ~350 chps to the actual count. When college physics student Mizuki Hakuto faces the obligatory bus-kun death of all isekai protagonists, he's brought face-to-face with a divine entity. When not mocking Mizuki, the so-called godling explains the nature of the universe – gods, godlings, mythical beasts, and more. Most importantly, magic is real. Just...not on Earth. Inspired by Earth's manga and having a penchant for drama, the godling offers him the opportunity to experience these things on a different world. The world is ruled by a strange god that treats it like a divine petri dish, and it's filled with interesting creatures the god collected from all across the universe. The god of this strange planet seems welcoming and helpful at first, but Mizuki quickly realizes that all is not as it seems in the magical world of Azura. Wielding science and newfound sorcery, Mizuki investigates the fundamental laws of magic, the nature of the divine, and more, but his progress is watched in secret by powerful forces. As he gains knowledge and power, and his darker nature is revealed, will the gods sit idly by? FAQ: Q – What's the overall tone of this story? A – It seems pretty lighthearted at first, but the trajectory of the story makes it progressively darker. I'd say the story takes itself fairly serious at times, but the characters' personalities lend to plenty of comedic dialogue. Especially in the lull between major events. Q – Isekai tropes? A – Yes. Some are leaned into, some are mocked, but most make an appearance in some form. Q – Is the MC's prior life relevant? A – Yes! The MC relies heavily on knowledge specific to Earth, and especially his science background. The MC trying to reconcile his scientific understanding from Earth with this newfound variable of magic is a major theme of the story. Q – How is the MC isekai'd? Is he reincarnated? A – In the most tropey way possible, of course. He gets hit by a bus. After dying, he's resurrected in his original body and sent to another world as an adult. Q – Is there slavery in this isekai? A – Yes, and it's not a pretty industry. However, the MC detests the slavery on Azura. The story won't shy away from the effect it has on the lives of those the MC meets. This will not be one of those stories where the MC virtue signals about how bad slavery is, but inexplicably keeps slaves of their own and it's painted as 'good' because the slaves are 'treated well'. Q – Is the MC overpowered? A – Absolutely, but this will change much later, as the story progresses. Q – Is this another self-insert isekai story? A – I certainly think it's true that the MC lacks personality early on in the series – it takes a while to learn much about his personal life on Earth or personality. We're watching an MC who seems to be a reactionary person on Earth, just going through the motions, necessarily develop more of a sense of self in a world where his actions are more consequential. Q – You tagged this as 'romance'...is there a harem? A – Yup. It takes a long time for the second romance to happen, and the harem always remains very small, but eventually it happens.

Major Project: Tartarus

Tartarus, The world sculpted by celestial hands, the angels descended from the far reaches of the cosmos, bearing the edicts of the Creator. They came as guardians, bringing order to the boundless depths of Tartarus. Yet, beneath the veneer of divine law, deception festers—an Evil unseen, a whisper in the dark that even the great entities fails to perceive. From the flow of time itself, a man is sent—a mortal from Earth, chosen by the Angels of Time. His purpose? To stand against the encroaching catastrophe that lurks unseen, waiting to consume Tartarus. But he does not seek the mantle of a hero. Shackled by scars of the past, he rejects the fate thrust upon him. Yet fate is relentless, and the tide of destiny drags him forth, forcing him into the role he so despises. To be a hero in Tartarus is not to wield a sword against mere foes, but to unravel a truth buried beneath epochs of lies. The histories recorded in sacred tomes are but illusions, their words spun to shroud an unspeakable secret. And as he walks the path of revelation, he glimpses the echoes of worlds long lost, of ages that the gods have conspired to erase. But knowledge is a double-edged blade. The deeper he delves, the clearer it becomes—this is no mere deception of a single world, but a tapestry of falsehood woven into the fabric of the cosmos itself. What lies beyond the veil is not simply the truth of Tartarus, but the truth of existence. He will bring light to the darkness. But the darkness is endless. May Theo rest peacefully. God Of Crafting

For five years, I've lived the life of a failure. Smashing my hands against the wooden target in hopes of entering a meditative state; a necessary step to becoming a cultivator. For five years, I've faced nothing but disappointment, looks of pity, and meager attempts at encouragement. But everything has to come to an end. An end, that for me, became a new beginning! Circuits, wires, and capacitors? Or maybe spirit powder, Spricur crystals, and Qi gathering formations? In a world where cultivation is, for most, merely a hobby and the worlds of mysticism and science are divided, I shall be the one to craft a bridge between the two! Why rely on ancient arrays to harness dense Qi? Isn't it easier to buy one of my converters, plug it into the wall, and be done with it? Is your gaming console malfunctioning, yet no tech shop can find the cause? Have you tried this the exorcising swatter 3.0? And you! Yes, you, the one whose reflection appears on the screen on your phone once you block it! Why would you buy static figurines if you can come to my shop... And get your hands on waifus that will actively flirt with you? Come all ye troubled souls, and allow this God to craft a solution to all your problems! ***Technical side of things*** Daily release: 2ch/day Sunday release: 3ch + accumulated bonus chapters from mass release goals listed below ////////////All Milestones are subject to change/////////////// For every 100 winwin unlocks: 2 bonus chapters For every 50 ps: 1 bonus chapter For every 3 reviews: 1 bonus chapter Supergifts: 3 bonus chapters Me having a good day: 1 bonus, not-mass release chapter a day on days it applies >.>
