Chesterton

HIATUS Louis Chesterton, or now known as Louis Lancaster, has recollections of a life that has been nothing short of a living nightmare since he was able to form memories. His existence has been plagued with tragedy from a young age until the end of his life. Despite this, he clung to life, sustained by the memories of his beloved family. That was until he met the woman who liberated him from his misery. He cherished her, holding her in the highest regard, willing to lay down his life for her. However, this unrequited love could not continue indefinitely. Although he lived each day in torment, he found solace in the fleeting moments he spent with his lady. He believed that one day he would finally attain happiness and that his sorrow would not last forever.

Father Brown is a fictional Roman Catholic priest and amateur detective who is featured in 53 short stories published between 1910 and 1936 written by English novelist G. K. Chesterton. Father Brown solves mysteries and crimes using his intuition and keen understanding of human nature. Chesterton loosely based him on the Rt Rev. Msgr. John O'Connor (1870–1952), a parish priest in Bradford, who was involved in Chesterton's conversion to Catholicism in 1922. Giancarlo Rossini Real ePublisher
