A woman, her face concealed by an all-black veil, was identified as the perpetrator broke the virus into the capital city of Sahara, a densely populated area. There, she unleashed the Biohazard 359 virus, which resulted in a rapid outbreak. The virus manifests symptoms such as shortness of breath, a feeling of suffocation, vomiting blood, and paralysis. After a mere three seconds, infected individuals transform into aggressive creatures, attacking others and consuming their flesh. The virus spreads rapidly, causing a surge in casualties and exhibiting increased speed as it spreads across the globe. Furthermore, those infected with the virus undergo mutations, acquiring enhanced physical abilities.

As Wei and Ryu returned after the cure. They saw Jin's temperature kept increasing. As Wei moved forward to check Jin his eyes turned red and he snatched Black Fire from Wei and exploded whole EX Agency. Wei went to other dimension to call RG Ryu and his army against Jin's beast mode while other managed to keep Jin busy. As RG Ryu's army entered their world they fought against Jin's creature army. While Wei went back in time to meet Prince Wei, Princess Ling Hua's brother to get solution for Jin's condition. They both entered the present time to save Jin and all dimensions. Wei restored the broken Sevpons. The Both Wei with magical power managed to cure Jin and resotore EX Agency.
