Maddy and her three friends were photography students who visited an abandoned hospital for a project; upon arrival, they were greeted with eerie and unsightly scenes; blood stains were all over the discolored hospital walls.
Skeptical about their location, Maddy tried to convince her friends to leave the place but was laughed off.
But, soon, they regretted not listening to Maddy.
When a corpse-looking man in a blood-stained lab coat appeared behind them, the four friends had no choice but to look for a way to escape.
Unfortunately, Maddy was bitten before their escape, and after they managed to knock out the now Virus-infected Maddy, they trekked through the foggy woods till they found help.
But, their trouble had just begun.
Maddy had suddenly woken the moment they got to a hospital, and after each of them got scratched by her as they tried to hold her down, she escaped outside the building and bit the first person she saw before she was tranquilized.
Just when her friends thought that everything was over, a news broadcast showed a video of a rabid woman causing chaos in a mall; recognizing the woman as the person Maddy had bitten, they realized that the Zombie inducting pathogens were about to spread throughout the whole country.
But what happens if it wasn't just the zombie genes that were spread? How does the government control the outbreak of Zombie-Were viruses?
And, how do Maddy's three friends react when they discovered that they were about to turn into Zombie-Were infected individuals because of Maddy's scratch?
Somehow, someone has to be immune to this Virus.

"Maddy, can you hear me?" Tate boldly held her hands.
But he frowned when he felt how cold her body was.
"Ray, she's as cold as ice," Tate informed.
Rat stood from his wheelchair and touched Maddy's arm. "True, and it seems like she can't even hear or feel our touch."
Tate nodded; he put his face in front of Maddy and whispered, "You know how bad you hate the idea of me ever kissing you; if you don't speak to us right now, then I'll kiss you," Tate whispered to her.
"Come on," Ray held Tate's hand and drew him away from Maddy.
"This is not time to try to be romantic with a transforming Virus-infected person," Ray told him.
