Imperium

GATE X NHS: THUS THE GALACTIC IMPERIUM ENFORCES PEACE

In the vast expanse of the cosmos, the Galactic Imperium stands as the bastion of order and civilization, its legacy stretching across a millennium. For a thousand years, it has defended the known galaxy against the relentless onslaught of alien invaders and cosmic terrors, holding steadfast against the chaos that threatens to engulf the cosmos. But in the year 3981, a monumental event unfolds at the heart of Neo Constantinople in the Deneb Prime system of the Deneb Sector. A mysterious structure materializes, defying the laws of space and time, its origins shrouded in enigma. This anomaly, dubbed the "GATE," heralds not just a new chapter in the Imperium's history, but an unprecedented era of expansion and discovery. With the emergence of the GATE, the Galactic Imperium finds itself presented with unparalleled opportunities and challenges. Beyond its borders lies an uncharted part of the galaxy ripe for exploration and conquest, teeming with ancient secrets and untold dangers. As the Imperium ventures forth into this uncharted realm, it must navigate treacherous waters, facing foes both familiar and alien, while unlocking the mysteries of the GATE and harnessing its unfathomable power. Thus, amidst the stars, a new saga begins for the Galactic Imperium-one that will test its resolve, shape its destiny, and redefine the very fabric of the cosmos. (AN: Each chapters would be very long. So I suggest you read this while relaxing. Maybe with snacks or drinks, if you will. Or tucked in comfortably in your bed. Whatever you prefer.)

The Ludus King

In the year 3147 the Roman Imperium had finally achieved its goal of colonizing its own corner of the galaxy. Unlike in our own world the Rome of this one never fell, but instead grew to encompass the whole of the earth, and overtime spread itself, and humanity, among the stars. Yet even with the marvelous advancements in technology, healthcare, welfare, and every other category required for a thriving society. There is still one roman tradition that refuses to die. GLADIATORS!! And we should all be glad for it, because during the year 3149, just two years after the long and exhausting colonization campaigns were ended, mankind learned that it was not alone in the galaxy, let alone the universe. It had just stepped onto a much bigger stage where entire planets and even star systems were used as bargaining chips in universal gladiator games. Wars on a galactic scale are far too destructive to simply be allowed, if left unchecked the vast majority of life in the universe would cease to be. Therefore each race recognized by the galactic or universal council (it changes depending on the scale of the race itself) must submit champions or gladiators to represent them in the games. The winners gain unfathomable rewards, the losers perish or worse have their entire species enslaved. Please join our hero as he embarks upon his own perilous journey as a lanista, will he rise above the masses, or fall like so many others before him? Or perhaps his own latent gifts may bring him to a height, or depth hitherto unexplored by any before.

His Veiled Mural

[Mature Content. No rape] After Rivienne, the daughter of the Grand Duke Carmillion of the Vassilios Empire, got into a deathly accident at such a young age, everyone thought that she was living in the countryside, getting better in her fragile health. Nevertheless, she became a gorgeous lady and the future monarch of the empire. Yet she wanted nothing but to close her eyes forever and get rid of her existence. Despite her name, her dreams, her hateful family, and her arrogant fiancé, Rivienne wore a mask of innocence, tangling with an assignment, only to protect the imperium from the enemies. But her fated love and the cursed prince who craved her misery and feasted upon it would never have the will to let go of her. Would she be able to break her chains and sore in the sky? Or would she be devil-bound and live as she hated the most? [EXCERPTS] She was burning. She felt her heart thundering. Her ragged breath could melt iron. She fell on her knees when the water was right before her. The fire within her screamed for her to spread their wings, yet she did not want to. The world was not worthy enough for her to destroy.  Sweating buckets, she gasped for the air, facing the ceiling lying on the floor. She wanted to rip off the sticky petticoat along with her skin. Under the dim light of candles, she thought, 'So this is how I die,' She scoffed, gulping. 'This was how Rivienne died without dying,' Perfect! "Oh! Dear," His mocking voice did not even let her finish her life. She eyed him with utter hatred as the angelic man, stained with blood, stopped biting his inner cheek and tossed away the bloody dagger, pushing himself up from the door he was leaning on, watching leisurely. And then he approached his dear painter. "Would you look at this?" He wiped the blood on his unreadable face with the back of his palm and sighed, looking at her. "Get lost!"  She was able to tell him the most important thing. Disappear from my life. Everything was confusing after this man. And he never listened. Still keeping his dull expression, he scooped her with one swift movement as she began to kick him, wiggling, wasting her last drop of energy. It was useless. He shoved her into the bathtub abruptly, imprisoning her beneath him in the icy water.  She kept rebelling against his force, pushing him away and cursing. When the opening occurred, she cupped his neck.  Kill him! Burn him! Her ears echoed.  "... You little!" He gritted his teeth, and his jaw twitched, enduring the monstrous pain she brought. Her lips curved up victoriously and stubbornly when he was defeated. Yet it did not last long. He dipped her in the water in a blink, taking the hand that almost killed him as he clashed his lips with hers, becoming the blizzard for her flaming hell.  *Vote and check out the images of some scenes in paragraph comments. **Cover is mine.
