They take Angelo to their headquarters and explain to him that there's a man with a dark agenda who has stolen angelic halos from heaven and is turning humans into angels to build an army and now they have to stop him. Angelo not only has to navigate his life as a gay teen living in 90s California but now he's an angel who has to learn more about his powers and the world outside of planet Earth. He meets new friends, enemies and love. But will Angelo stay on the good side or will he allow himself to be consumed by darkness?
