CyberHunter Battlefield
In this cyberpunk metropolis world,
Black Cores, also known as Dark Light, Those who are unfortunate enough to be touched by these cores undergo a horrifying transformation. Augmented individuals—those with cybernetic enhancements—become berserkers, losing their sanity and gaining dark, demonic abilities. They roam the city as avatars of destruction, spreading fear and chaos.
White Cores* or *False Light* Those who come into contact with these radiant cores transform into *Radiant Beings*. They chant hymns and mantras about light and purity, but their true purpose is far more sinister. These beings are drawn to Jaede, our protagonist, and will stop at nothing to consume him, killing anyone in their path. Their chants are hypnotic, often luring unsuspecting victims into their deadly embrace.
The *Red Cores* or *Beast Light* that fall from its canopy bestow a primal fury upon those who merge with them. Augmented individuals become *Beast-like Beings*, merging with the essence of ancient, monstrous creatures. These beings possess incredible strength and ferocity, turning parts of the cities into hunting grounds where only the fittest survive.
Yeah you know the deal. Our augmented overpowered human protagonist Jaede, who successfully harnessed the power of the Black Core and Red core fully, gets shunned by everyone and the CyberHunter association for having the Devil’s Core in his body. But he keeps trying to be a CyberHunter, even doing their missions to get accepted by them. The CyberHunter association takes down those who are merged with the Black, White, or Red Cores, as they are already dead inside.
As Jaede continues his journey of trying to impress them, the more he gets involved in, the more blood is shed, the more dark secrets unveiled, the more enemies and supposed allies appear, and even a love interest, the more he realizes he maybeeee needs to start taking things seriously.
So what if he’s overpowered?
