I grabbed the bastardized equivalent of a long Bowie knife on the ground. Then I shoved it through my skull. I didn't hesitate this time. I always did, but at this point. Pain was a friend that reminded me I could try again. The tapestry of fate is severed. The mind and will forged of steel begins to transform into an unknown material. Unbreakably solid. Fathomlessly immovable. The impossible strength of mind is beginning to solidify. Or it was until someone decided that his imprisonment was enough, and he needed a successor. However, he is not the hero of this story. A series of tortuous events follow that forge a trio of childhood friends into desperation. A successor is born. The cauldron bubbles. The loop starts Anew. But what is their mentor hiding?
