You and I: Found Us

( MATURITY CONTENT not a lot do ) This is a story which makes people believe no matter what comes in your way you get through with it. It's not a love story where their whole world revolves around their love interest. You will read about two completely different in nature but with almost all their opinions getting together. Both of them think that love or not life won't stop or slow down. What's more, they both find it troublesome though for different reasons. Just like in every other story lady was emotionally exhausted due to her over-involvement in every relationship in her life and well man doesn't seem to have time for such a nonprofitable thing not even for the closest to people around him. So, due to a crazy twist of fate, their were end up tagged as " I'm madly & deeply in love with work ". And both their parents also did not seem to be exhausted from setting up blind dates for them. So, guys what are waiting for come and their twisted journey with me ' Adibhav '. " What still not coming haa ... fine ..fine " *expect* ' And look at that look in his eyes as if he saw something interesting and extremely amusing ' ..... ' what he was so amused off '. " Still not back hhmm," he said in his mellow voice 'f*ck his voice made me gulp ' . " What do you mean by ' I'll take responsibility ' hhaa," she said while glaring at him. " Exactly what it means, now do you really want me to tell you why and what I mean by it, isn't it that obvious enough ". he said while bumping his head with her and exhaling deeply. He looked into her eyes and pressed in on her ' Oh my god! what the hell, why do I feel a little breathless when he pulls me ' ... 'f*ck !!! what's with that, why did I feel this strange feeling in the lower part of my body when he tightened his fingers around my fingers '. " do you really think I would expect your proposal .. now please don't say that you have fallen in love with me because....." as she just about said that she don't believe in all of this. "No," he said ignoring her expression ' to be honest I didn't know what to feel after hearing his reply ' anyway I heard him say "What did you forget how you and I first met..." his eyes looked at her in search of something and sure enough he got what he was looking for, he continued " which was arranged by our parents .. hmm what do you think the purpose of the meeting.... don't they want you and me to be together ". " Really " exclaimed in fake happiness then she snorted and rolled her eyes "Well I didn't seem to remember you this interested in me back then, what change in less than half a month from our first meeting... Oh my mistake blind date," she said sarcastically and certainly forgetting the current situation she was in, definitely more curious in knowing what peaked his interest and completely neglecting the fact that there were much more important things to talk. " Don't you remember both yours and my parents pushed you and me into it? And all I got to know was the person I was supposed to have a blind date with ' which was you ' and that 'she is a very nice girl ' and I should meet you before I could find anything and they even instructed me not to investigate anything about you .....". "hahaha ooh poor you .... in that case, I was really lucky there. I know a thing or two about you like 'who you are ' about your family and so " she said interrupting him. He cut her off " Well you don't even seem like the person I would prefer to spend my life with, it will be a hassle to take care of. And your looks were too obedient for my liking, being obedient will not harm me but that kind of person just be a liability to me I'm not gonna allow this to happen in my saint mindset " he retorted while feeling a little offended by her remarks. Set Fire to Rain

In the shadow of tragedy, Meredith's world crumbled like a fragile sandcastle, swept away by the merciless waves of fate. With her mother's demise echoing in her soul, a sinister revelation emerged – her father had gambled away their fortune, leaving behind a staggering debt that clawed at the edges of her existence. As if scripted by the cruel hand of destiny, Meredith's father fled, abandoning her to face the financial tempest alone. The burden of survival rested heavily on her young shoulders, and the weight threatened to shatter her resolve. But amid the debris of despair, an unexpected lifeline emerged, weaving an enigmatic twist into the narrative of her upheaval. Paris, the city of love and lights, became the backdrop for Meredith's metamorphosis. Yet, the glamour of the French capital remained elusive as her modest budget clashed with the city's extravagant reality. Shelter, a basic human need, became a luxury she could ill afford. Then, like a subtle melody in the cacophony of her turmoil, Matthew entered the stage. A peculiar proposition danced in the air – he offered her a room in his apartment. However, fate, in its mischievous playfulness, cast Matthew as a central figure in a drama laced with bitterness. Matthew, the ex-flame of her closest confidante Maria, was the embodiment of a past Meredith despised. The lingering embers of their tumultuous history sparked a tension that crackled beneath the surface. Would Meredith swallow her pride, her disdain for Maria's ex-lover, and accept the refuge offered by this unexpected ally? Or, would she face the unforgiving streets of Paris, choosing solitude over the discomfort of cohabiting with her nemesis? As Meredith contemplates this paradoxical predicament, a curious metaphor unfolds – fire and water forced into a reluctant alliance within the confines of a shared space. The sparks of their clashing personalities promise a spectacle, a sizzling fusion of passion and cool detachment. In the heart of Paris, where love and defiance dance hand in hand, Meredith and Matthew find themselves bound by circumstance, fanning the flames of an unlikely companionship. Yet, beneath the surface of this unconventional arrangement lies the question that lingers like an unspoken secret – can Meredith, the fiery protagonist scarred by her past, find solace and redemption in the proximity of her watery counterpart? The streets of Paris hold the answers, echoing with the footsteps of a young woman navigating the intricate alleys of loss, pride, and the unforeseen chemistry that ignites when opposites collide.

I trace my fingers across the thin skin of her collarbone. She closes her eyes, her cheeks are flushed and she bury her fingers in my warm hair. Telling me how much she likes this, likes me, loves me... "I have loved you for a very long time, Edmund", she whispers against my breath. "From even before that farewell. And that's why I insisted Charlie on taking me to the farewell so that I could meet you." Meeting her again was never a coincidence. Her words surprised me. "But I was at the farewell you know." "Yeah I got to know that but not before I met you the day of our introduction and I read your mind." I smile. I don't know why I smile but thinking about all these, how we met and how we fell for each other makes me smile. But it came out bit like a chuckle. She laughs. When she laughed I wanted her again. I love the sound of her laugh. I take both her hands on both of mine. "Pretty dramatic way of founding each other I see." "Surely". "Oh wait! I'm thinking I'll take that as my inspiration for my novel." "OH MY GOD! EDMUND." She laughs even louder this time. . . Cover credit: Author Hesreth
