Religious groups, cultural factions, and philosophical thinkers question the morality of creating human-like machines. The first whispers of the Church Disclaimer Act begin to surface, hinting at the ideological rift that is beginning to divide society. As the world races forward in its reliance on HAIBs, cracks in the utopian vision begin to form. Je l'ai déjà dit, c'est un roman doux et mignon... il n'y a pas de torture entre le protagoniste masculin et la protagoniste féminine, ne vous attendez pas à voir cela dans mes romans.

To put it simply, the main character does NOT have a main goal and therefore doesn't strive for anything like defeating a certain someone, uncovering mysteries etcetera. -a very "slow" start. it's not an immediate dive into action and power growth and the like. There's something I like to call 'build up'. -powerful characters will exist plentifully in the story, but at no point will the main character be the most powerful in the series. he will be amongst the most powerful, but I can guarantee that more than four characters will easily outscale him -the main focus is character interactions, both with each other and the environment. So prepare for a LOT of side characters and supporting characters (and arcs) -the powersystem isn't what I what call unique, but it not common either, but still common enough to grasp quickly (if any of that makes sense)
