The Earth has changed greatly with these chosen people becoming the most important people in the world due to their status and strength as some of them are even leaders of their own nations. The emergence of Gates and it's dangers however allowed the world to realise the reason as to why the higher beings have decided to bless them. The chosen fight them and are admired and the chosen people, called the Blessed, were a career that was sought after by many in the world as it gave fame and fortune. This is a world where myths and modernity collide.
