Paradoxes In Science

THE AFTERLIFE PARADOX

What happens after death? It's a mystery no one can say. Before being betrayed, he had always held on to the belief that there are two realms to go to after death: Heaven and Hell. However, after being betrayed, he found out that it's not like that. Almost everything he learned about was a fallacy. The universe was not created but naturally formed. Arishem, the ultimate ruler of Heaven, was once a human who found the Celestial Ruler and created Heaven. Lucifer was under him, using the Karot to direct souls from the universe to empower Lucifer by turning them into soul drops. Lucifer betrayed Arishem and ran away with the Karot. He created Hell using the treasure and started monopolizing all the souls from Earth. Souls had no way to enter Heaven again, thereby preventing Arishem from getting stronger through absorbing souls, so he had to use another way detrimental to the universe. Which way is it? Wallace was betrayed by his family and died; his soul went to Hell, where he learned that he would have to undergo extermination and become nourishment for Lucifer. He learned that stories about benevolent Heaven were not real, as they wanted; they were all looking for ways to monopolize souls and exterminate them to make themselves stronger. He did not accept his fate; he had to go through three different trials so that his will could be erased, and he would surrender. Nine deaths, Cerberus' wrath, and the Soul Rending Whip were enough to break the will of any soul and damage them. Not willing to surrender, he had to go through the three trials, going through unimaginable torture and pain. In the third trial, there was the emergence of another treasure, the Karum, on his dead body. With the help of Karum, his soul was called back from Hell and melded into his body, turning him into a half-human, half-spiritual being, while also nurturing something of unimaginable precedence in his body. The Celestial Ruler created Heaven; the Karot created Hell. What can the Karum, the last creation treasure the universe can nurture, and one that's far stronger than the two former treasures, do? Can he fulfill what it can do? Can he survive under the pursuit of Heaven and Hell? What secret does the universe hold? How was the universe created? Is it from the emergence of a treasure? What’s the secret behind everything?

Tower of Paradox

In a world where fate is fixed and destiny is unyielding, a mysterious structure appears overnight — The Tower of Paradox. Stretching beyond the clouds, its twisted architecture defies logic, its floors brimming with ever-shifting trials. Rumors spread like wildfire: the one who reaches the top will be granted a single, absolute wish. But the tower does not choose just anyone. It calls only to the “Marked”, individuals drawn by an unseen force to confront its deadly trials. Warriors, scholars, thieves, and the broken all gather at its base, each with a story, each with a desire. Glory, revenge, redemption — the tower promises it all. But every step forward comes with a price, and the deeper they climb, the less they recognize themselves. Among the Marked is Elias Grey, a man without a past, branded with a sigil that burns against his skin. Unlike the others, he did not come seeking glory or fortune. For him, the tower is not a promise — it’s a prison. Forced to climb or be consumed, he faces mind-bending puzzles, bloodthirsty foes, and illusions that force him to question his own reality. As the tower warps his mind and the lines between friend and foe blur, Elias begins to wonder: Is he climbing the tower, or is the tower climbing him? With each floor presenting a paradox of logic, morality, and time, Elias realizes the ultimate riddle lies not at the top — but within himself. Will he reach the summit and claim his wish, or will the tower claim him first? Face the unknown. Conquer the impossible. Escape the Paradox.

LOVE IN HATE IN LOVE

“I only want you, Maximus. I already told my parents that I love you and I'm going to marry you. No one else.” Aurora indignantly exclaimed. Max was shaking his head from what he heard. “No. No. You’re not being fair, Aurora.” He felt himself losing his strength as well as any chance to change her mind. Max leaned his body at the back of the single chair, almost sitting on it. He tugged on his necktie, needing some more air. His gaze fell on the ground. He’s powerless against his father. He won’t be able to protect his girlfriend from his family. He didn’t notice that Aurora was already in front of him. He just felt her palm on his cheeks, caressing it gently. He looked up to her. “You’re not fair.” He mumbled weakly. Like a defeated child. She’s rubbing her thumb against his cheeks. “The world’s not fair, Max.” Shaking her head. “It’s never fair.” She commented breathlessly. “You get everything you want.” He ignored her actions. He’d gone numb all over. This girl was too much of everything. Too selfish to even understand how he felt. “No. I don’t have your heart.” Max swatted her hand away and stood up straight. He chuckled at her response and halted. He shook his head as he looked at her straight in the eyes. “You won’t. You don’t even have one.” ************** Aurora Fontalva got everything except the heart of a certain man. She only wants Max. But how can she make him fall for her when he already had someone? He loves his girlfriend. Maximus D’Arco can’t escape his family’s wish for him to marry the only Fontalva heiress. Worse, Aurora even blackmailed him, or his girlfriend would suffer. Why would he fall for someone who doesn’t even care about his feelings? Only his girlfriend does. Is there really a thin line between love and hate? What if the thread breaks? **************** AN: Be warned!!! This is not your typical romance. As the story progresses, it tackles family, career, toxic relationships, twisted attraction, love, hate, lust, and heavy drama. And there are cases in which you can be sensitive. Lastly, this is not for the weak of heart. Please read the FOREWORD. Thank you.

The Paradox of Emperal

Born into a world that deemed him powerless, Emperal was cursed to remain motionless, trapped in a body that refused to move. The world saw him as fragile—a broken soul fated to lie in bed forever. But what they couldn't know, what they never could have imagined, was that from the moment of his birth, Emperal awakened an ability so extraordinary, it shattered the boundaries of what was possible. He could move the world with a mere thought. Not just simple telekinesis, but with the kind of precision and mastery that could make mountains shift and oceans churn. A power that, for all its glory, came at a crushing cost. For every motion he commanded, his own body grew weaker. Every ounce of energy poured into shaping the world around him drained his life force, until he was left even more immobile than before. Worse yet, his power could never lift him—no matter how immense it became, he remained bound to his bed, a prisoner of his own extraordinary curse. For years, Emperal was trapped in this cruel paradox: capable of shaping the world, but incapable of even moving a finger. His strength was his prison. His power, his torment. But even in the depths of despair, his mind remained sharp. Watching. Waiting. Plotting. Then, on a day the world thought nothing of, Emperal made a choice. A choice that would shatter the very fabric of fate. With a single thought, he chose to end it all—not out of surrender, but as the first step toward rewriting his destiny. Because sometimes, the end isn’t truly an end. It’s the beginning of something far darker, far more dangerous. For when Emperal finally rose, it wasn’t as a savior or a victim, but as a force so unrelenting, so vengeful, that the world itself would tremble. Bound no longer by his frail body, he would wield his curse like a blade—and carve his name into existence itself. ... First time writing a book. Do review it. Thank you! Proteus' Paradigm and Pandora's Paradox

Three times the universe has begun with a bang, and twice it ended with the stars being devoured by something that does not exist. The third time, however, something that *should not have existed* hijacked the process. 729 eternal proto-stars now orbit the Cornerstone of all Creation, in which sleeps Arius, the Arbiter of the fifteen dimensions Creation exists in, and Nobody; as Guardian of the Non-Euclidean Infinite Archive, existing outside of reality... isolated . Across those fifteen dimensions which the two watch over; preside "Bearers of Sparks," or "Exceptions," empowered by the myriad stars, and metaphysical influence, spread across the multiverse. Beings across all fifteen dimensions are bound by a plethora of things, but first and foremost aside from causality is something called "The First Anomaly," which exists in all dimensions simultaneously. The dimension it is observed in will shift reality in accordance with a number of precepts, which are determined by the second most prominent binding aspect of the Third Cycle: "The Rule of Three." The Rule of Three is the physical formation of a paranormal law of nature, which acts as a causal filtration device. It also has a secondary function, which allows for Exceptions to offset and utilize any amount of energy in flux by bypassing the typical side-effects of thermodynamic energy transfer as we understand it. This is not to be confused for magic, because magic has a cost. This isn't reality bending/warping in the conventional sense either, as it's not bending the whole of reality but a singular aspect in a nigh-infinite multitude of potential ways, with 100% energy efficiency in cost/effectiveness/application which those who are not Exceptions cannot replicate without multiple sponsorships. This story follows an abnormality above anomalies; an Exception among Exceptions, a Transmigrator from the other side of an otherwise impassable wall, by the name of Lee Kühren.

an In n In wa hi

"I'm just a silly child with an unreachable dream. As a child, I always dreamed of being a Hero, but I went down the wrong path. I now look back at my foolish dream of wanting to be a Hero and saving others. Me, a Hero, what a farce. My sins can never be repented for they were too great." "Hah, don't even get me started on the story about my journey, for it's just a long and painful route to becoming a Diamond." "Power, luxury, worlds we can have all of them, but we can never fully be happy." "Diamond goddess my ass!! What is the use of becoming a powerful being if we can't even Live peacefully?" She turns to look at the child with pink hair and pink eyes. "Would you be interested in knowing who we are?" Iris asked the child. "Yes of course since I'm one too it would be good if I know," Polyra answered shyly and she twisted her hair on her fingertips. "Diamonds were supreme beings that were given to create life and destroy life, also known as world destroyers. They could pass through time and dimensions and create worlds of their own." I said as stars formed around them. "All Diamonds have a Diamond Gem in their body plus we have Diamond-shaped pupils to identify ourselves." "So then are we like cool or something," Polyra asked joyfully. Iris gave her a blank yet sad look, "I wish we were..." "All I know is throughout myself as a Diamond all I've felt was pain, but one thing that keeps me going is to find my sisters." "Diamonds are never free unless we're truly strong, but if we aren't we would be chased for the rest of our days." "What about the rest of the other Diamonds? There must be more people like us, right? Polyra asked nervously. "They're not my problem to deal with," Iris said coldly. "Then why did you save me?" Polyra asked as she stared deep into Iris's lifeless eyes. "Maybe a connection, I don't know." She responded. "Well then Iris if you won't find the rest of the other Diamonds, I will," Polyra stood up proudly. "Hahahaha, fine then have it your way." "Polyra, do you still want to be the Pink Diamond and become my follower?" she asked, stretching out her hand. "How can you also ask such a silly question Iris. You were the one who raised me and I don't care if I become a follower of the Black Diamond Goddess, because you're like a mother to me," she said softly. "Then the whole heavens would hate you dear child. For the Black Diamond shall always be the Diamond to bring calamity, chaos, and evil upon everything…." "And the Diamond war shall begin soon." The cover art isn't mine
