All of my cell are alive
Lio was just your average Tokyo university student nineteen years old, a little too confident, and more focused on hunting for a girlfriend than attending class. On his very first day of university, he did something heroic: helped an old man cross the street.
And then he got hit by a truck.
Typical.
Waking up in the void, Lio meets a laid-back "god" who admits the truck wasn’t even meant for him. As an apology, the cosmic screw-up offers him three wishes and a new life in a world full of magic, sword masters, and girls with stockings (yes, he asked about that).
Everything’s looking great… until they both realize they forgot one small detail:
Lio’s new body doesn’t work.
Due to a celestial oversight, Lio is now reincarnated with Locked-in Syndrome his brain is alive, all his cells are working, but he can’t move a single finger.
Now stuck in a powerful world with zero motor control, Lio has to rely on his clever mind, his absurd luck, and the occasional divine oopsie to survive, grow, and maybe just maybe become the magic genius he was promised to be.

Magic world? Check. Reincarnation? Kinda. Functional body? Uhh… still loading.
