Cryptic Loop
"Though I’ve only just awakened, even I can see how twisted this world is. No question I have can be asked, no sound I make will ever be answered. Mother, why did you give life to me? Why did you create me? Tell me, Mother!" A silent plea echoed within a closed mind, but no one heard it, no one ever would.
Bitter and relentless, thoughts churned. An accursed existence loathed his voiceless screams, for they carried no weight; only the wind caught them, dragging them up to the sky.
Before the darkness of his thoughts could consume him, a child's voice rang out ahead. "Let’s go. We still have so much to explore!" The words were bright and cheerful—an innocent sharp contrast to his own unspoken despair.
