Norine, an 18 year old high school girl, neglected by her parents, was born in New Hester City and befriends four Satellites after the men who were supposed to bring her home were murdered for unknown reasons. Norine is falsely charged with murder and becomes a Satellite. Will a girl from NHC bring the split cities together or will OHC befall?
