Have you ever wondered, in the bustling modern cities, there exist extraordinary beings who walk the earth in place of the gods? In a society ruled by humans, countless strange things lurk; in those uncharted realms of life, ancient gods reside. The Archangel Michael, the God of the Underworld Hades, the God of the Sea Poseidon... but where have the gods of the Great Xia gone? In this world that belongs to humans, the "mystery" needs to be cleared away! This story is set in a country called Great-Xia, where a group of Night Watchmen, including Lin Qiye, Jialan, Shen Qingzhu, and others, refuse to submit to fate. They continuously fight and grow, facing grand and tumultuous challenges as they battle gods from various mythologies that descend upon the human world, all in the struggle to preserve the survival of Great-Xia and uphold the dignity of humanity.
