Satoru Kurosawa was starting to think the world was just messing with him. he wondered if it was a way to punish him for all the things he did in his life. He couldn't help but feel shit because he was trapped in a poorly written fan fiction. "The world surely wants to give me a double pain penetration, I died back there and I'll die again in this novel, what a fucking bullshit." he is indeed uncomfortable inside a woman's body and he knows and understands menstruation because he had a sister. Why is it "Hero" that "Savior" that? Why is it always the same happy ending? "Happy" "Good" "Perfect" endings? You know what? SCREW IT. I will give you all the worst possible ending possible? Why? Because I'm an asshole!

Putting trust into a stranger is a very risky move, but when you have no other choice, maybe it is not the worst idea out there.
