His friends, his only family, his mentor, comrades, including himself. He got no way back after what he had done, so Tanjiro became a demon fugitive. This the continued story from the original one, a story where everythings becomes pitch black for Tanjirou.

Her death, that night, it made filled him with rage and sadness for not being there for her but in the end, he just accepted the fact that it wasn't his fault and Shinobu actually decided to commit suicide just to kill Douma. Giyuu just hopes that he wouldn't lose her again, no, he can't. He can't lose her, not again. He'd literally jump of a bridge.
