Have you ever thought of characters with good endings and happy life , that those could be a result of being the author's favourite and also vice versa. Nora had this novel that gave her nothing but anger when she read it, with the main character fate miserably set within. Suffering unjust fate despite her virtues and loosing all she had to her stepsister. Nora was furious to see such an ending. Damn being the author's favourite!. Damn fate!. Then she thought, if only she were the Peizhi in the book, she would definitely rebel and seek control over her fate. But when she woke up from her sleep, she had actually transmigrated into the book. Now being in Peizhi shoes, would she be able to rebel, defy fate, seek herself, find true love and also become the author's favourite as she'd proclaimed earlier or will she be forced to bow to the harsh reality of fate.

There’s a lot of good stories out there with ruthless, bloodthirsty, cold hearted main characters so if that’s what your interest in then I’m sorry to disappoint you.
