Elven Way

Logline An unwilling pilgrim must guide three young elves across the realms in a timeless rite of passage, while they race to uncover the dark secrets of his Elven Way before their journey ends. Synopsis By Elven law, only when all men forget his transgressions shall an elf be granted parole. No living man remembers Latham’s transgression, and he must now walk the Elven Way as a pilgrim—an unwilling mentor bound by the arcane to reveal forgotten arts and lost magic to his cohorts—the least of his concerns. But after centuries imprisoned, the last thing he—or any pilgrim—wants is a show of secrets to snot-nosed gits. Here is a tale of some of Elven history’s most infamous—eccentrics and hoodlums—turned unwilling mentors to cohorts as eager as they are gullible. Aalto Stian, Son of Havelock of Nero—a pirate prince who drinks from his fishbowl, sailing waves that rage higher than most mountains stand. With nothing but flotsam for a foothold and the light of Fos as his compass, he grins right at the eye of the storm. Where will it lead him next? Hjordis Waldemar, Daughter of Hilde of Potiri—a noble’s eyes sting as she glares at her calloused hands, abashed. Will one who must swing her blade a thousand times for a reasonably decent strike ever reach the heights of the sword saints of yore? Wray Kaspar, Son of Ulf of Anemos—a hermit who calls the wind to play, only for her to take everything from him. In her wake, his path to reckoning lays bare—will he walk it? What to expect: Epic Progression Fantasy (Is that a real genre?) inspired by some of my favourite stories: imagine a whimsical blend of Avatar: The Last Airbender's bending/spirituality, with A Song of Ice and Fire's political intrigue (as best I can write), and Shadow Slave's insidious Eldritch horrors. A character drama first and foremost; I enjoy exploring what makes my characters tick—(but don’t expect a meandering, plotless story). Mature themes: body horror, intimate relationships (not just sex, but the emotional baggage—honestly, I think that’s the core of any relationship), trauma—whatever is true to my characters. I write what I’m creatively driven to express, but always with a view to move the audience, and never for indulgence. A writer terribly happy you’re here!

The Way of The Dao

A mysterious young man falls into a small unknown world after surviving the terrifying void, barely recovering. However, the heavens punished him with a mysterious seal, sealing his powerful and terrifying strength and even restricting his body strength, turning him into a weak mortal, a cripple in the end. Feeling somewhat desperate and uneasy, he will begin to explore this small but interesting and unknown world, realizing that not everything is what it seems and that much knowledge he had ignored in the past was more important than it seemed. However, his heart that had been sealed and indifferent to almost everyone for his entire life, will gradually begin to open up when he meets people who will unexpectedly break the barrier in his heart easily but mysteriously, creating strong bonds that he never thought he would have had after the tragedy. Even memories from his childhood that had been forgotten or sealed away seemingly began to slowly emerge after a long time, realizing that his apparent origin was not simple either. With his power sealed, but with his knowledge and experience of thousands of years will gradually push him to the peak once again, even discovering unparalleled secrets and knowledge to step into the heavens and succeed in becoming an existence above the universe! ... It is my first novel that I started a long time ago and that I write with some slowness but always trying to give the best of me. I love very much these themes of cultivation and fights, romance and soft slices of life, so I decided to create my own novel that maybe could be enjoyable and charming for some or boring and disappointing for many, but it doesn't matter. In the beginning you will find a lot of clichés and tropes similar to almost every novel, even in the first 200-300 chapters, because I didn't know how to give an original and unique start. But I'm always aware of your comments, criticisms and complaints, which help me to broaden my horizons and perspectives and give a better writing and story to the novel. My writing and consistency at the beginning can be ugly with many mistakes, but as the story progresses I have learned from my mistakes and corrected a lot, even changing the way of narration a little as the story progresses and I write gradually. PS: Don't get carried away by the names of the chapter titles, some will seem to say the MC's cultivation or that he will start planning or have objectives against others, which is completely wrong. Sometimes I can't think of a suitable title and just write the simplest one, hehe. * Riixhiie * ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ * The cover image does not belong to me, so if the original owner has problems he can inform me and I will gladly remove it *

The Church - Ultimate Edition

Within the realm of shadows and sorrow, an amalgamation of dark fantasy elements takes form in the world of Vesperia. Hauntingly grand churches, reminiscent of ancient edifices seen in tales of old, dominate the desolate landscapes. These imposing churches stand as enigmatic fortresses, their towering spires reaching towards the brooding skies. Carved grotesques and eerie sculptures adorn their weathered stone facades, their presence evoking a sense of macabre beauty and ancient mysteries. Deep within the sacred halls of these churches, devout priests and priestesses practice their faith, They preach of unseen forces that shape the destinies of mortals, invoking both hope and trepidation in the hearts of their followers. These holy men and women are not mere conduits of faith; they are wielders of supernatural powers. Drawing upon the essence of esoteric energies, they perform miracles that heal the afflicted, offer protection to the faithful, or unleash righteous fury upon adversaries. Yet, hidden within their ranks are those who delve into forbidden knowledge, delving into the darkness to tap into eldritch forces and perform sinister rituals. Within the depths of these churches, relics from forgotten eras lie concealed. These artifacts hold echoes of forgotten heroes and cataclysmic events, whispered legends of power and despair. Brave warriors, known as Chosen Blades, clad in armor reminiscent of legendary knights and mysterious hunters, embark on perilous quests to retrieve these relics, hoping to shape their destinies or protect the world from their malevolent influence. However, not all that dwells within these churches is righteous. Hidden cults and covens lurk in the shadows, their twisted devotion leading them to worship ancient, malevolent entities. They manipulate, exploiting the fears and desires of the vulnerable for their nefarious purposes. Unholy abominations and creatures born of twisted sorcery roam the land, a product of the profane rituals conducted within these sacred walls. These monstrous beings, born from the fusion of corrupted souls and arcane energies, lurk in the depths, eager to prey upon the unsuspecting or challenge those who dare to uncover their dark secrets. In Vesperia, the interplay between faith and darkness unfolds as souls and forbidden rituals intertwine. They must navigate treacherous paths, torn between the glimmer of hope and the seductive allure of forbidden knowledge. The destiny of their world teeters on a knife's edge as they confront the enigmas that lie hidden within these sacred and sinister sanctuaries.
