This is basically a world were fairytale, legends, myths, and more existed and were forced into our world, as in Earth modern time. This is a story about many creatures and culture "coexisting" while trying to remain hidden from the rest of the world, and also handling mayor threats and crimes, by using a special group called the Guard. This will also have both 'giving' and 'taking' on her part, and there will be smut within the story, ranging from the lewdness of handholding to the wildest things you can imagine in a sci-fi book.
