Demigods: The Farmer That Parries
The world is rebuilding. Due to constant wars, the land of Eliondra has not known peace for a millennia. Soldiers and civilians died, the guilty and the innocent died, the rich and the poor died. But because of these bodies, the land of Eliondra has become more fertile, and civilization can rebuild again. Yet, the world has other plans. Even without the interference of the Gods, the people of Eliondra have entered a civil war that has left its civilians defenseless and devastated.
Pacificus was one of these civilians. He was a farmer just like his father, tilling the fertile soil that had been enriched by the countless sacrifices of the past. His mother, a seasoned warrior in her own right, taught him the art of swordsmanship to defend himself from the soldiers and bandits that would harm him. However, Pacificus, true to his name, disliked violence. He was determined to avoid unnecessary bloodshed, even in a world torn by conflict.
Understanding her son's aversion to violence, his mother, who loved him dearly, imparted to him a crucial skill, one that could protect him while minimizing harm to others. She taught him the art of parrying.
