"What would you do if the whole world turned against you? Would you let it break you down? Let it take over your thoughts, your choices, and the real you inside? Would you let it decide your future for you?
Or would you keep pushing forward, doing whatever it takes just to survive?
Would you rise above it all, crush anything in your path, and take control of everything yourself?
After I took over the world, the one thing that really stuck with me was this:
I was the only human left in this second life. I’ve been completely alone, no one else around. Every single moment has been a fight, a struggle to survive in a world where literally everything is working against me.
Peace? Don’t even mention peace to me. I’ve learned that real peace doesn’t just exist, it’s something you have to build yourself. And making your own peace? That hurts. You have to deal with it silently, go through the worst of it on your own, and only after you’ve faced all that pain can you even begin to understand what peace really means.
This is my story. How I became a god in a game that, back in my first life, I used to just play for fun. But then that game became my second life. I lost everything, my memories of the game, my past, it was all gone. I got trapped in that world, relying only on instinct to make it through. But I did make it. I kept going. And even after losing it all, somehow, I still found my way to peace." — Aurevyn Gravemire
