To develop the land and it's army - the King of Moria had built a Tower that summoned children in and trained them relentlessly and mercilessly, making them participate in harsh trials to strengthen their aptitude. The Tower became an object of fear - children were taken without warning and summoned, later being forced to spend their lives training inside the tower in order to discover ascension and serve the country. To this day the Tower brings chosen children in and forces them into training.
