Montreal Poetry Prize

The Sevpons

The story begins with Ryu practicing for a marathon, where his brother Tony urges him to come home for lunch. Ryu expresses his desire to join the EX Agency, but their mother is concerned about the admission fee. After learning that the marathon's first prize is $100,000, Ryu vows to win it to secure their admission. He wins the marathon and uses the prize money to buy scholarships for himself and Tony, allowing them to attend the EX Agency. Upon arriving at the EX Agency, Ryu and Tony meet new friends: Kai and Jin. They learn about their weapon training classes and select their primary and secondary weapons. During lunch, they hear rumors from a boy named Wei about a secret weapon hidden in a cave, but Ryu warns against breaking the rules. As they continue their training, the group prepares for a monthly test. They discover that Wei has been researching the cave and the rumors surrounding it. Wei reveals that several students have gone missing, prompting the group to investigate the cave at night. They find themselves in a dangerous situation when they encounter guards and a mysterious figure named Lei, who seeks a powerful weapon. Ryu and his friends fight against the guards, and during the chaos, Ryu discovers a legendary sword. However, Lei captures them, intending to use their blood to awaken the weapon's power. With teamwork, Ryu, Tony, and their friends manage to defeat Lei and escape with the other captured students. After their adventure, they wake up in a hospital, where Master Feng praises them for their bravery. The group learns that the cave has been sealed, and the fate of the legendary weapon remains unknown. As they prepare for their next test, they continue to train and develop their unique weapon abilities. The story ends with the group discovering a portal that leads to another adventure, hinting at more challenges and mysteries to come.

The Dragon Prince's Bride

*Author's other work (She belongs to the Demon King)* *** They say opposite attracts, that's a lie. Opposites kill each other! When a hot blood meets another hot blood, things are bound to get burnt. That is exactly what happens when the pompous and prideful elven princess, Neriah of the Avelah Kingdom is forced to marry the brash dragon Prince, Barak of the Trago Kingdom. Neriah's goal is to someday break away from her marriage and run away with the love of her life, Lyle of the Niles. While Barak will do everything to keep her as a wife. Neriah is certain she's in love with another, but she's also certain that no one can ignite the kind of passion her husband brings. Her husband who she hates more than anything. Can the flames of passion be drawn from hate? Can that same passion burn down the walls of lies, betrayal, and hurt? Can its ashes transcend into love? Excerpt "I am a rose, a beautiful flower, delicate and precious! But you my dear sir are nothing but the thorny stem! Prickly, dangerous and very harmful!" ranted Neriah while poking his chest with her index finger. "Well you seem to forget one important detail, my love." He calmly grabbed her poking hand. "And what would that be, my fine sir?" "That the thorny stem and the rose grow together. The delicate rose and the prickly thorn, they belong together my dear." "You—" "And no amount of ranting and raging will change that. You think I want to keep a witch like you? You are a pain in the neck. If I am a thorn then you are a piece of fish bone stuck inside my neck. I cannot swallow and I can not spit it out! I just have to bear it!" "You insolent bastard! Do you mean to say I am a burden!" "Well you are no precious prize, are you?" And that was it, she threw herself at him with her claws ready to mar his face, but he was quicker and he caught both her hands with one of his own and pressed her heaving chest upon his. Golden eyes stared deep into hers. They were as green as the fresh leaves on an orange tree. His fingers caressed her face, “You might not be a precious prize, but by the heavens, you are mine.” And his lips fell on hers, and once again, another argument was drowned.

"Oops, I'm the Heiress?!"

Seventeen-year-old Myraa Hana Lee is nothing special—or so she thinks. In Montreal, she’s the invisible girl who blends into the background like an old piece of wallpaper. No popularity, no drama, and no problem—because Myraa likes her quiet life just the way it is. But when her mom suddenly ships her off to Japan for a “vacation,” Myraa’s ordinary world is turned upside down. First, there’s the sprawling Reizei estate, which looks more like a movie set than a home. Then, there’s Camellia Academy, an elite school full of rich, glamorous students who are convinced Myraa is someone important. To her shock, they’re not entirely wrong—because Myraa isn’t just another student. She’s the heiress to one of Japan’s most powerful families. Now thrust into a world of luxury, intrigue, and over-the-top attention, Myraa has to navigate her new life as “everyone’s darling.” But surviving posh parties, dramatic classmates, and relentless rumors is no easy task—especially when the Reizei family is full of secrets. At her side is Kyra Shion Reizei, her cool, protective (and infuriatingly charming) cousin who insists on acting like her personal knight. Myraa’s clumsy chaos contrasts hilariously with Kyra’s effortless grace, but as the two grow closer, their bond deepens into something Myraa doesn’t quite understand. With scheming rivals, glitter-bomb disasters, and a mysterious past threatening to unravel her newfound world, Myraa must decide: Will she rise to the challenge of being a Reizei heiress? Or will her clumsiness take down the entire legacy? “Oops, I’m the Heiress?!” is a heartwarming and hilarious tale of self-discovery, found family, and a dash of unexpected romance. Perfect for fans of lighthearted drama, witty banter, and swoon-worthy knight-and-princess dynamics!
