Johnny Cage Kills Goro

Kings Covenant: The Ashes Of The Golden Cage

Kings Covenant: The Ashes of the Golden Cage unfolds in a world where ancient magic and advanced technology coexist, shaping a fragile peace amid ruins of once-great empires. The last known continent, home to diverse kingdoms and mysterious ruins, is teeming with powerful magical creatures and relics of a forgotten age. New technologies—born of both arcane knowledge and scientific innovation—are being rapidly developed, yet remnants of the past linger, casting long shadows over the present. At the heart of this world are two kings, Caelan Althar and Dorian Valen, once childhood friends who now find themselves at odds. Their bond shattered over the discovery of an ancient artifact known as the Golden Cage, a relic tied to long-lost powers. The artifact holds the potential to change the world, but its true nature is veiled in mystery, and neither king fully understands the consequences of using it. Years earlier, Caelan and Dorian, along with their companions, formed a club at an elite academy where they explored ancient ruins and uncovered relics infused with magic. They encountered mythical creatures—elemental beings, monsters, and guardians that once roamed freely. But now, as rulers, Caelan hesitates to use the Golden Cage, knowing that its power could bring disaster. Dorian, in a desperate attempt to save his kingdom from ruin, betrays his former friend and takes the artifact for himself. Unbeknownst to both kings, powerful forces—both magical and technological—are at work, manipulating their actions toward a catastrophic end. As war seems inevitable, the ancient world’s secrets begin to unravel, threatening to release forces that neither man can control. Kings Covenant: The Ashes of the Golden Cage is a tale of betrayal, ambition, and the unbreakable bond between friendship and power. It explores the allure of ancient magic, the dangers of rediscovered technologies, and the creatures that still roam the world—an epic journey through a land on the brink of rediscovering its greatest mysteries.

Caged Within an Artificial Eternity

In this cage...there was no afterlife... Within the birdcage...there were neither deities, nor captors... Life was simple and meaningless. Death was truly and bluntly, an end. The birds held captive in their cage were unable to escape, for no matter how starved or frantic a chick was, they couldn't dent steel with their soft beaks. Who could feed the starving birds? They couldn't even feed themselves? The birds, trapped in their infuriating prison and desperate for any food at all, celebrated in joy when a banquet started! Food for as far as their eyes wished to imagine! And what a FEAST it WAS! The survivors stood over the leftovers of their meals, their ravenous beaks licking away the blood staining their tainted feathers. They knew this solution wasn't sustainable, and rather than waste away by praying to a non-existent heaven, they grafted their own Gods out of the bones of their former kin. ___________________________________ "The Birdcage" is a world with a barrier made of an indestructible material at its edges, from earth to sky. Inside this confined land, lavish resources filled the fields for as far as one could wish for, though its inhabitants were alone without any other living creatures outside of themselves. The world was peaceful and prosperous, until an unknown cataclysmic plague swept the land, poisoning and rotting almost all natural resources and food that existed. The people, starving and in despair without so much as a god to pray to for help, resorted to the only food left in the entire birdcage. Themselves. After the ensuing frenzy, they forged a ritual for a chance at salvation. They created their own Gods known as, “Concepts,” that embodied their artificial beliefs and ideas, though their desperation only furthered the destruction of what was considered natural. The world is fading away. There’s no point in family, society, nor unity. Either find a fleeting, pointless escape, or succumb to your fate and be devoured by the starving.

Mafia's desire: A love that kills

Synopsis: Sophia, a journalist, investigates organized crime. Dante, a mafia underboss, is tasked with stopping her. But Sophia's determination and intelligence intrigue him. As they engage in a cat-and-mouse game, Dante finds himself torn between duty and desire. CHAPTER 1: "Deadline Looming"* Sophia Russo tapped her pen impatiently on her desk, staring at the blank page in front of her. Her editor, Mark, had been breathing down her neck all morning. "Sophia, where's the mafia exposé?" Mark asked, his voice firm but laced with annoyance. "You've had weeks to work on this. I need something concrete by the end of the day." Sophia took a deep breath, trying to calm her racing thoughts. "I'm close, Mark. Just need to verify some sources." Mark's expression turned skeptical. "Verify? You've been verifying for months. I need results, Sophia." As Mark walked away, Sophia's phone buzzed with an incoming text: "Meet me at the coffee shop on 5th and Main at 7 pm. Come alone. -A" Sophia's heart skipped a beat. Alex, her reliable source, rarely contacted her directly. She glanced around the newsroom, ensuring no one watched, before quickly typing: "See you then." The message sent, Sophia's mind whirled with possibilities. What did Alex have for her? Was it finally the break she needed? The pressure from Mark still lingered, but Sophia's determination reignited. She would get this story. As she processed the message, a sudden wave of déjà vu washed over her. The newsroom around her blurred, and Sophia felt herself transported back in time. She saw herself as a teenager, sitting in the backseat of her parents' car, laughing and arguing with her mom about college plans. The sound of screeching tires and shattering glass shattered the memory. Sophia's heart raced as she relived the horror of that fateful night. Her parents' faces flashed before her: her father's encouraging smile, her mother's unwavering determination. The accident's aftermath unfolded like a cruel slideshow – the hospital, the funeral, the loneliness. Sophia's gaze drifted to the silver necklace around her neck, the press badge pendant a tangible connection to her parents' legacy.

I Will Kill The Extra

"He thought knowledge was power, but knowing the story won’t save him from me." ********** Extra Takes It All! True to its title, that hypocrite really does take it all. Opportunities? “Nah, the protagonist is too overpowered to even bother with them. I’ll take what he ignores—anything for my survival.” A harem? “I just help them a bit with their internal struggles, and somehow they keep clinging to me.” Items? “He barely uses them. They’re just lying around, so I’ll put them to good use.” And yet, that hypocrite keeps whining: *“I’m not supposed to be the protagonist. I don’t want to change the story’s outcome. I’ll just enjoy it from the sidelines.”* *Chuckle* Yeah, right. Somehow, I pushed through that mess of a plot. The other characters? They were decent. Well-developed. They felt real and believable. But that so-called “extra”? He was a walking contradiction. He started out on the sidelines, but gradually got more and more overpowered—until he himself became the story’s villain. As for the ending, don't even get me started. It really felt like the final battle was slapped together based on Authors hormones. The climax didn't make any sense at all, it was just a mess which totally twisted the logic that built up till this point of the story. So, what did I do wrong? I just cursed him a little, that’s all. And to be honest, he deserved it. Then, fate being fate, I ended up in that same novel that frustrated me. But unlike that Extra who cried about being thrown into a dangerous world and all, my situation is genuinely screwed. If I want to survive, there’s only one way: kill the extra. Yes, you heard me right. I won’t stop you, I will straight up kill. As your Professor, I’ll have plenty of chances.
