As a Peoples' Protection Agency (PPA) Director, Yoru, a middled aged eccentric lady finds a keen interest in Hikaru's talent and recruits him as an Agency's Agent. Hikaru pairs up with Harushi Hayashi, a 19 year old rebelious young man. They go on expeditions together to solve mysteries and deal with the threats of Eclipses for good.
