Beast of Aetheria

In the vibrant, untamed world of Aetheria, humans and Beasts share an intricate bond, their lives interwoven through the mystical energy of Aether Cores and Crystals. Beasts thrive in diverse ecosystems—serene grasslands, dense jungles, stormy highlands—drawing power from their surroundings, while humans harness Aether's elemental force through advanced runic technology and emotional connections with their Beast companions. Yet, this delicate harmony teeters on the brink of collapse, as whispers of ancient conflicts and a resurgence of corrupted Aether energy threaten to disrupt the balance. Eighteen-year-old Kael, a determined explorer with an innate empathy for Beasts, embarks on a quest to uncover the truth behind his father’s mysterious disappearance. A renowned researcher, Kael's father vanished while investigating ancient ruins shrouded in mystery. Armed with his father’s journal, maps crafted by his cartographer mother, and the unwavering support of his loyal Beast Flarion (fire), Kael ventures into the uncharted wilds of Aetheria, determined to solve the mysteries of the past. Kael’s journey leads him to new companions: Lyra, an analytical and compassionate researcher devoted to preserving Aetheria's ecosystems, and Dax, a bold and competitive Beast tamer eager to prove himself worthy of his family’s legendary legacy. Together, the trio faces breathtaking challenges, from encountering rival tamers who seek to exploit Aether for personal gain to navigating a fractured world where Beasts and humans alike suffer from the effects of corrupted Aether energy. As they explore the ruins of a forgotten civilization, Kael and his team uncover a startling truth: an enigmatic figure from Aetheria's history is harnessing corrupted Aether energy to resurrect the devastation of an ancient war. To counter this growing threat, the group must strengthen their bonds with their Beasts, master the delicate art of resonance, and unlock hidden evolutionary paths powered by trust and emotional synergy. Guided by Aria, a skilled strategist with a wealth of knowledge about Aetheria's intricate ecosystems and Beasts, the group learns to confront the world’s challenges head-on. But Aria harbors a secret of her own—one that could alter the group's dynamic forever. In a race against time, Kael, Lyra, and Dax must forge unshakable bonds, uncover the mysteries of the past, and find the strength to stand against the rising tide of corruption. As the final battle looms, one question echoes through their journey: will unity and resilience be enough to restore balance to Aetheria, or will the resurgence of darkness unravel everything they hold dear?

Beast Callers

In a world where mystical beasts shape the fabric of society, the bond between human and creature can determine destinies—or destroy them. At the age of 10, every child awakens their talent by forging their first beast contract. For Aeris, it wasn’t a mighty predator but a frail Dandelion Sprout, marking him as a failure in the eyes of the world. Yet Aeris harbors an extraordinary secret: the ability to see the evolution paths of every beast, an unassuming gift with the potential to reshape their entire world. Aeris has spent most of his life on the move, avoiding attention and quietly mastering the art of nurturing even the weakest beasts into formidable allies. But his carefully guarded peace begins to unravel when he settles in a new town, only to encounter whispers of a mysterious figure leading a beast rebellion against humanity. This figure is Lyra, a fierce and enigmatic leader who shares a connection with Aeris that runs deeper than either expected. As tensions rise, Aeris and Lyra find themselves on opposite sides of a growing conflict. Lyra seeks retribution for humanity’s exploitation of beasts, while Aeris envisions a path of coexistence. When rogue tamers emerge with forbidden methods threatening the delicate balance between humans and beasts, the two must set aside their differences to face a greater threat. Yet their opposing ideals—and the weight of unspoken truths—risk tearing them apart. Beast Caller is a tale of quiet resilience, fractured bonds, and the enduring hope for a better world.

Sea of knowledge

What is the meaning of Life? A question which has different answers. Many find life pointless, many find life as a journey, many find life as a way to get eternal freedom. But what is the correct answer? The cycle of Life and Death are like two sides of the same coin. Whatever may be the case, Death is always the ultimate salvation. But that doesn't sit right with Kai Mizuhara, a normal teenager who seeks to become someone respected and find the true essence of life. Born in a very reputable family of a blacksmith, Kai has seen many Royal Families as his father directly serves for the military. He has seen how the poor live, how the rich live, how the nobles live and most importantly how ignorant God's of their world is towards people all around. He always wonders, everyone worships God's as they're the supreme being, the one who is always right and will be right but he always questions himself...Are the God's of their world truly how they potray themselves as? A world which is constantly getting in wars. That's the world he lives in, Kingdoms from all over the world trying to over power each other and prove themselves as the strongest, wanting God's recognition to ascend further rather than staying a lowly mortal. Yes, it is possible for a human to ascend to godhood. People in his world would do anything for power and God. That's something he has accepted long ago, commoners like him will get forgotten and ultimately be crushed by the higher ranks. Though the temporary peace which has taken over the world has changed many things, it's not a matter of how it will end but when will it end? Kai wants to do many things, but he simply doesn't have much time. That's a harsh reality a mortal like him has to face, he can die at any given time if that's what his fate is. The God's of their world have really created a system, the one who's weak will soon perish and the strongest will strive forward and ascend the ranks, finding eternal peace. It may sound confusing but a system like this allows some mortals with great strength and wisdom to ascend further and beyond. When the light forsakes this world, will knowledge lead to salvation—or to its end? A fantasy world which takes place in a very middle aged world. That's what this novel is about. They say every work of fiction is a journey, whether it's good or not is something upto the readers...let us see what this new journey has to offer.

To Sleep In The Sea Of Time

This is a story of a guy who loses everything, and then gets it back. Same old new world story, just a different kind of story teller. *** They took away our hunter tags. They had us grow our hair. They gave us a new brand, when we were over there. They staged us out of Dragur, East of the Olim Horn. I guess they call us Slaves, but no one calls us much anymore. There is no fun in killing. I don't want to do it anymore. Karn brought Sorrow. Pookie brought Fear. Milk brought the fly boys. They did work in Undia. I worked mostly clandestine. Some Legends I should not say. We played with better wands. I could use the extra pay. Did Mara give the order? Did venom pay the way? They said we were slaying demons, but it was kind of hard to tell. There is no fun in killing. I don't want to do it anymore. This was before HALO, and Codex was king. Hej atop the rider, he never felt a thing. When our rider caught a spell, and both the mages killed. It pitched us over sideways on some cold Sylph hill. My back felt like it was broken, my legs I could not feel. I kept on slaying demons, but it was kind of hard to tell. There is no fun in killing. I don't want to do it anymore. I never did heal up right from injuries sustained Officially in Torin, unofficially we train. I remember all their faces. They dream about me still. I guess I'm slaying demons, but it's kind of hard to tell. There no fun in killing. I don't want to do it anymore. I speak the cold logistic, that old boys speak so well. Veni, Vedi, Vici. I'll see you in Hel. Maybe it's bravado, or an unspeakable guilt. That village, they were demons, but it was kind of hard to tell. There is no fun in killing. I don't wanna to do it anymore. I've done plenty. What is one more? -Corb Lund *** Come guess me this riddle. What beats shire leaves and fiddle? What is hotter than pleasures touch, and whiter than cream? What best wets his whistle? What is clearer than crystal? What is sweeter than honey and stronger than steam? What will make the lame walk? What will make the dumb talk? What is the elixir of life and philosopher's stone? And what helped Pookie-Baba dig up a tunnel, that runs from Shalamanda to West-Torin? When you are digging a crater, It is the best thing in nature, for sinking your sorrows and raising your joys. Sometimes I wonder, if lightning and thunder, is made out of the plunder, of the reddest hiski and oils. *** If you can keep your head when all about you, are losing theirs and blaming it on you. If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you, but make allowance for their doubting too. If you can wait and not be tired by waiting, or being lied about, don’t deal in lies, or being hated, don’t give way to hating, And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise. If you can dream, and not make dreams your master. If you can think, and not make thoughts your aim. If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster, and treat those two impostors just the same. If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken, twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools, or watch the things you gave your life to, broken, and stoop and build them up with worn-out tools. If you can make one heap of all your winnings, and risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss and lose, and start again at your beginnings, and never breathe a word about your loss. If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew, to serve your turn long after they are gone, and so hold on when there is nothing in you; Except the Will which says to them ‘Hold on!’ If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue, nor walk with Kings, nor lose the common touch. If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you. If all men count with you, but none too much. If you can fill the unforgiving minute, with sixty seconds worth of distance, run. Yours is the World and everything that’s in it, and which is more you’ll be a Man, my son. - Rudyard Kipling
