Reborn As Cursed Alpha's Mate

What happens when a goddess falls in love with a shifter? Asara; the goddess of love, was punished by her father, the god of thunder. Her crime being falling in love with a mortal shifter Alpha. To pay for her sins she was reborn as Cassandra LeBlanc; a mortal Princess in the magical Kingdom of Speldaria. Her family and kingdom, except her middle sister, shunned her for she was born without any magical abilities and she had no recollections of her true identity. Her betrothed, the powerful mage commander of the Speldaria, was unbothered by her. He wished for someone strong. Cassandra’s life was toppled when she was gifted a warrior slave by the mighty Alpha of Dusartine. She was asked to take part in the Yearly Arena Event by collaborating with the warrior. Cassandra who hated ‘The Arena’ with her very breath. A place where blood flowed like wine and life was cheaper than the very air they breathed didn't understand her purpose in it. On top of that, the mysterious warrior affected her in unimaginable ways. His hypnotic gaze unsettled her. His rare essence overwhelmed her. His muscular bronzed body consumed her with sinful thoughts. Even the dreams of her past life plagued her. When ‘The Arena' began the hidden agendas and underlying truths came to light and Cassandra was played a hand of fate. She was left with no choice but to give in and choose a path. The question would be. How will Cassandra grapple once she learns of the curse placed on her? Will she be able to obtain her magical abilities and stand up to her father? Who will help her along the journey? ~Excerpt~ Then she felt him, all of him. All his ruggedness. The strength of his arm. The softness of his lips. The grip of his hand. The warmth of his breath. Every muscle in her body went taut at the implications of sleeping in a man’s arms. She had never slept in a male’s embrace before. Her whole skin tingled like tiny sparks dancing on the very parts that connected with him. The crevices of her brain had these memories which weren't hers. This touch somehow didn't seem foreign to her. She felt safe in his soothing embrace and didn't wish to push him away and yet she knew this was far from appropriate. Cassandra tried to wriggle out of his hold, his arms seemed to be built from iron for they wouldn't budge. The light garment she had worn had lifted from her milky thigh baring it as his bronzed muscular one was draped on it. And now she could sense something poking her back. Her eyes suddenly expanded from the realisation and Cassandra fully panicked. “Let go!” She voiced out, heavily. Siroos slowly lifted his leg and slackened his hold on her waist so she could shuffle away. He had awakened when she had stiffened for the first time but wished to behold what she would try. With eyes blown wide she stole a glance towards the man who had her wrapped in his embrace like a precious treasure, his treasure. His molten gold eyes had flickered open and there was this softness and want with which he stared at her. Those soft brown curls cascaded over his eyes as he forgot to blink, watching the timeless beauty that she was. Her one-of-a-kind fragrance was a torture to his senses. How he wished to grab her dainty ankle, pull her from it and have her sprawled underneath him. To kiss the very skin that oozed such scent which was driving him insane. Instead, he bent his arm and placed it under his cheek using it like a pillow to watch her with desire-filled eyes. The awkward lull between them prolonged as Cassandra cleared her throat. “Did you have to climb on me to sleep?” “It wasn't intentional but was certainly enticing and definitely won't be the last time.” His deeply hypnotic voice was even more alluring this early in the morning as it resonated all around her. Virgil’s Kitten

In the heart of medieval times, Atika, a tribal slave girl adorned with intricate tattoos marking her heritage, finds herself on the auction block once again. Known for her fierce spirit and unyielding defiance, she has been sold and returned by numerous masters, none able to tame the wildness within her. Atika's life changes when Virgil, a handsome and tall pureblood vampire, attends the auction. Cold, sadistic, and narcissistic, Virgil's reputation precedes him. Yet, he is immediately captivated by Atika's beauty and fiery spirit. Her feral nature reminds him of a wild kitten, earning her the nickname "kitten" from him. Intrigued and seeing potential in her that others have missed, Virgil places a high bid, securing Atika as his new possession. He brings her to his grand estate, a place of opulence and dark secrets. There, he plans to mold her into a perfect servant, but he is also drawn to the possibility of something more—an unusual bond that neither can yet define. Excerpt: The moonlight filtered through the high, arched windows of Lord Virgil’s estate, casting an ethereal glow over the polished marble floors. The imposing figure of Virgil, a tall and handsome pureblood vampire with raven hair and piercing red eyes, stood in the center of the grand hall. His gaze was fixed on Atika, the human slave girl who knelt before him, her tribal attire and tattoos a stark contrast to the opulence around her. Atika's spirit was unbroken despite her circumstances. She was feisty, with a sharp tongue and a sweetness that could disarm even the coldest of hearts. But Virgil was not easily swayed. His narcissistic and sadistic nature made him a master of control, and he relished the challenge she presented. “Kneel, kitten,” Virgil commanded, his voice smooth and unwavering. Atika hesitated for a moment, her eyes flashing with rebellion, but she complied, sinking to her knees before him. She hated the nickname he had given her, but there was a strange intimacy in the way he said it, a possessiveness that sent shivers down her spine. Virgil stepped closer, his tall frame towering over her. He reached out, lifting her chin with a single finger, forcing her to meet his gaze. “Such a feral kitten,” he murmured, a hint of amusement in his voice. “You remind me of a wild creature, untamed and full of fire.” Atika’s breath hitched, but she refused to look away. “I am not a pet,” she said defiantly. “I am a warrior.” Virgil chuckled, the sound low and dangerous. “You are whatever I say you are,” he replied, his thumb brushing over her lips. “And right now, you are mine.” His eyes flickered to the brand on her shoulder, the mark that declared her a slave. His expression darkened, the amusement vanishing as quickly as it had appeared. “Who branded you with this mark?” he demanded, his voice cold and sharp. Atika’s heart pounded, fear and anger warring within her. She knew that revealing the name would bring death, but Virgil's patience was not infinite. She remained silent, her defiance a silent challenge. Virgil’s eyes narrowed, his grip tightening on her chin. “Answer me, kitten,” he growled, his voice a dangerous whisper. “Who dared to mark you as their property?” Tears welled in Atika’s eyes, but she refused to let them fall. She took a deep breath, her voice trembling as she finally spoke. “His name is Varek,” she said her voice barely a whisper. “He is the one who branded me.” Virgil’s expression grew darker, a deadly calm settling over him. He released her, turning away with a dangerous grace. “Varek,” he repeated, the name like poison on his lips. “He will pay for this.”

Passers-by looked at Karina with strange gazes but went their way without approaching her. Tired of standing, she crouched and shivered like an animal hiding from its predator. Mated to Another

“Good morning.” She greeted as she peeked on my male’s cheek with so much affection. And I could feel my heart start to bleed as the male destined for me smiled down at the female and kissed her temple with his heart oozing adoration. My wolf was on her hind legs staring at the female through my eyes. She fisted her hair and knotted them in a bun and my eyes fell on the glorifying fresh mark on her neck. I return my eyes to the male standing in front of me. That is when I noticed the angry red mark on his neck. And I could feel my heart shatter into a million pieces. “You didn’t inform me we were expecting a guest?” I am brought back from my world of thoughts when the female pulled back from my male and stood up with her spine straight. A charming sweet smile was what she offered me. “You were already asleep when I received the news of our guest’s arrival, my love.” His voice was thick and husky and they fell in my ears like a sweet melody the Goddess had kept me deprived off. His voice was filled to the brim with affection for a female who wasn’t me. My love is what he said. With so much love, adoration and affection that I wished to dig up my own grave and disappear forever. But that is not possible either. “I understand.” She nodded and turned to me. “I am Sigrún. Alpha Erdem’s female and Luna. Welcome to our land.” The moment I found out that there was another life growing inside me, I was scared, I was terrified. But the instant I knew it was his, I was on my way to find him, to reclaim him after all those years of waiting. But fate had other plans, and I suppose the Goddess loved making my life a living hell. He was supposed to choose me, he was meant to love me, he was born to be mine. He was my other half, my soul mate. But he bore another’s mark…he was mated to another.

The Jade Dragon Knight

Corpses filled the Valley of Death, as a man bearing a broken blade and a heavily wounded magical beast faced each other, both close to the doors of death. The man turned his gaze to his surroundings, his eyes burning with every one of his dead brethrens coming in sight. He held his blade tight looking upon the wounded beast once more, looking over it's body he thanked the fallen efforts against the beast. He then looked upon himself, not any better than the beast, his right arm dislocated, legs shaking for balance and blood oozing from his chest, his body functioning solely by his sheer will. He took a step toward the beast, turning the steps into a run, and the run into a charge, and finally the charge into an attack, piercing his blade into the beasts chest, cutting down to it's abdominals before letting go. And in one last attempt before it's death, the beast struck the man, ripping out his dislocated arm swiftly before it entered the land of the dead. The man didn't really mind it, cause it was already dislocated, getting rid of it was a great burden off his shoulders although it still hurt. The man then stared down the dead beast, taking a look on the killing machine that murdered thousands of humans. He thanked the gods for his success but mourned as he knew the great sacrifices needed only to kill one of them. That was untill he noticed a shining blue light, beaming from the wound he open in the beasts the chest. Wiping his tears he looked closer, his eyes finally collecting the image; an orb. He reached to it out of curiosity, and the the moment he touched it, the orb broke into blue smoke entering and recollecting itself within his body, making him the first human to gain magic, changing the tides of war for the Humans forever.
