These words were spoken by a woman named Lucifer, who claims to be the Devil, to the protagonist Kiseki upon his arrival in the world of Ruina. In the year 2045, the world was shocked by the sudden disappearance of nearly a hundred thousand individuals overnight, including Kiseki. Upon being transported to the new realm of Ruina, Lucifer hinted that the journey ahead would be fraught with challenges that would force Kiseki to reconsider his very essence, devoid of the expected comforts and joys. "For all who been chosen here are the sinners who aren't forgiven by gods." What does she mean by that? What is it about Ruina that will change peoples' perceptions and identities that get transferred into this world?

Kiseki's younger twin brother Tenjin gets kidnapped by a mysterious masked man at the age of seven. Kiseki, despite being the grandson of a blacksmith, wishes more than anything to become strong and rescue Tenjin. Until then he encounters diverse battles and challenges as each success leads him closer to Tenjin.
