Kisah ini diawali dengan Park Kyo Seung yang sedang melakukan tugasnya sebagai vigilante di sebuah kota futuristik tersembunyi yang terletak di Korea Selatan. Tidak disangka-sangka, teman Park Kyo Seung dari masa lalu, Jung Dae Joon, datang ke kota futuristik itu sebagai kepala polisi pengganti dan memiliki misi khusus dari pemerintah. Selain Jung Dae Joon, Kim Haeri yang juga merupakan teman Park Kyo Seung, datang ke kota itu dengan tujuan yang sama dengan Jung Dae Joon pun hadir secara tiba-tiba di kehidupan Park Kyo Seung. Mereka bertiga menyelesaikan kasus mutilasi yang melibatkan Park Kyo Seung sebagai tersangka, lalu diikuti dengan penyelesaian misi Jung Dae Joon dan Kim Haeri yang melibatkan portal dimensi dan mesin "Revival".
