In the sprawling city of New Haven, two half-brothers find themselves drawn into a deadly battle against supernatural anomalies—creatures threatening to tear humanity apart. Noah, a disciplined anomaly hunter, and Jon, an untrained but brilliant tactician, must set aside their differences to face an escalating danger.
Their unlikely partnership is tested when they are joined by Delores "Dee" Reynolds, a highly skilled scout for the Council—a secretive organization dedicated to protecting the world from these deadly forces. Dee, trained from a young age under the guidance of her wealthy and influential father, one of the Council’s highest members, is as wary as she is capable. While she’s dedicated to her mission, Dee is suspicious of the brothers, unsure whether they are heroes—or threats in disguise.
Together, they uncover a dark conspiracy within the Council itself, as well as a catastrophic anomaly on the verge of awakening—one that could destroy New Haven and beyond. As the trio races to stop the ancient force from rising, tensions between them grow, as their personal struggles, family bonds, and distrust of one another begin to surface. Amid the chaos, a spark of unexpected romance starts to emerge—complicating their already fragile alliance.
