Those who can control the Flux Energy are known as Valkyrs and these Valkyrs are known for their Flux Drives and their various Flux Forms. One Valkyr in specific has a special flux known as the Inner Flux, a Flux Drive and Form that is extremely rare and only known to be harnessed by her ancestor. There is one problem though, she's completely careless and naive. She doesn't understand the power of her Flux nor does she understand the power of a Valkyr. Join our heroine as she grows and learns about the power of her Flux and learns about the true meaning of a Valkyr.

Professor Meinrad has always had it in mind to control the flux of time. He builds a time-controlling machine and employs four brave scientists to fetch an exotic fuel for it. They get the fuel and test it on the machine, but contrary to what they expect, the flux of time goes out of control and begin to speed up. It speeds up and lands them in the future, in Geneva, where CERN is located, and there they learn that CERN has finally obtained a group of exotic particles called the god particles in a tube. They believe the god particles to be the suitable fuel for their machine. During the god particle ceremony they gang up to steal the tube. After the theft Meinrad tricks them and stays back in CERN, while the four scientists fly back to their lab in Connecticut with an empty tube. On their way, their plane is swallowed by a stormy whorl while flying over the Bermuda triangle. They enter a fantasy land where exotic beings weave the thoughts of humans to make thought-forms. They tell the scientists that the god particles will end the world if put to use, and the only way to stop Professor Meinrad from putting it to use is to fetch a special spike called the golden spike, which will be used to make a thought form that will combat with the destructive thoughts of Professor Meinrad and save the world. This leads them to a search paved with ups and downs.

But it’s inarguable that one of the leading pioneers of modern longform graphic storytelling was Flemish illustrator Frans Masereel. Right after World War I, he created a series of “pictorial narratives” without words — you may have spotted his most famous, Passionate Journey (1919), in the gift shop at your local art museum. Chicago-born art student Lynd Ward discovered Masereel’s work while studying printmaking in Leipzig, Germany, and was inspired to use the oldest print medium — woodblocks pressed into ink — to create something very modern: the first stand-alone graphic narrative by an American, or as he called it, a “novel in woodcuts.” Gods’ Man (1929) tells the story of a struggling artist who makes a supernatural bargain with a mysterious stranger (pictured here) for a magic brush that comes at a terrible cost. The book, composed of one woodcut illustration on each of the volume’s 139 pages, was a surprise success, and Ward produced five more graphic novels (though use of that term was decades away) before settling into a career as an illustrator and fine artist. His work was a huge inspiration to future cartoonists, including Art Spiegelman, whose Maus was heavily influenced by Ward’s woodcut style. Synopsis: Neogenesis is the first of a series of books about the Avatars of Christ in the far-flung future. This book does not make the connection to Jesus clear in any way however. It begins with the birth of Aedon Anders on the third planet in the Rimwald (fictitious system) solar system in Spica sector. This star is a remnant of a formerly binary system that was comprised of a small red dwarf – brown dwarf pair. A collision between a wandering planet-sized asteroid and the brown companion resulted in a binary orbital collapse and the twin stars merged. Though small, the red dwarf was considerably more massive than the brown and as such the collision did not appreciably alter the orbital velocity of the red. However the added fuel from the brown rejuvenated the red which contracted due to the increased gravity and after some stellar gymnastics settled down into its new life as a main sequence yellow-white F7 class star. Additionally this collision had significant gravitational consequences. The more massive star exerted greater force on the surviving planets and other orbital bodies. Retrospective astronomy shows what is now called Rimwald 3 was the 7th terrestrial planet in this system. The primary star in this binary system grew to consume the orbits of the inner planets as it aged. However the merger of Rimwald-A with Rimwald-B also resulted in a reduction in the new star’s diameter. This was partly because of the greater core gravity of the new star and partly because of the material ejection caused by the collision. The net result being that Rimwald 7 found itself both relocated to what is known as the biosphere and renamed to Rimwald 3. This ejection of, essentially spent solar fuel, was expelled non-uniformly; creating a region in Rimwald’s solar environment of intense radiation. This region moved about the new star in its own orbit, Rimwald 3 was right in the midst of it. The result of all this stellar physics is a planet bathed in a superabundance of electromagnetic energy, a high degree of variation in the local strength of this energy field, and a intense if non uniform radiation flux on a planetary scale. There was life on Rimwald 3, whether it existed prior to this stellar cataclysm is unknown. What we know about habitability of planets suggests that Rimwald 7 could have sustained life if it had existed within the biosphere initially. However what we know about habitability suggests that Rimwald 3 would be habitable only if technological supports were available. Moreover we know that a colony ship crashed landed on the planet a few thousand years prior to the beginning of the Great War with Altea. Their descendants still thrive there; and according to their written histories, there was life on the planet when they arrived.
