From invincibility and speed hacks to item spawning and map manipulation, his arsenal of cheats is the stuff of legends. However, the thrill of victory is often overshadowed by the risk of detection and the consequences that come with his actions. When he stumbles upon the latest virtual reality MMORPG, Eternal Realms: Genesis, he cannot resist the opportunity to immerse himself in this hyper-realistic world. Promising unmatched graphics and gameplay, it quickly captures his attention. Eager to put his skills to the test, he enters the game, prepared to redefine the limits of this new reality. Armed with his custom-built mod menu, packed with game-breaking scripts, he embraces the challenge of navigating this new existence. As he soars above landscapes and moves unseen through enemy territory, the excitement of wielding god-like powers is intoxicating. However, with great power comes great scrutiny. His exploits attract the attention of the game's governing forces—powerful beings determined to maintain balance and order in Eternal Realms: Genesis. These enforcers, designed to counteract anomalies like him, pose a formidable threat to his dominance. While he relishes his newfound freedom and the thrill of being a virtual god, he begins to grapple with the ethical implications of his actions. Is it right to manipulate a world that feels so real? As his notoriety grows, he becomes embroiled in conflicts that threaten the very fabric of this universe. Every cheat he employs not only impacts his journey but also ripples through the lives of other players and NPCs alike. Caught between his desire for power and the consequences of his actions, he must navigate the treacherous waters of this MMORPG world. As alliances are formed and enemies arise, he is forced to confront his own motivations and the reality of what it means to be a hacker in a world that has become his new reality. Will he remain the unchallenged overlord of his domain, or will he learn that even in a world built on cheats, there are limits to power and a price for bending the rules? In Hacker OP: Cheating My Way Through Another World, the line between the virtual and the real blurs, and the ultimate hacker must decide whether to embrace his god-like abilities or seek a path toward redemption in a world that may be more than just a game.

OP Extra: This Guy Is a Regressor!

Bookworm Elijah Demereaux dies while reading the final book of his favorite novel series from his phone atop the rooftop of his dorm building. He then wakes up in an unfamiliar room, inside an unfamiliar body. A surge of memories began to assimilate in his mind. That’s when Elijah learned that he had actually transmigrated into the body of an Extra with the most broken set of powers in the novel, Terra Uru. Upon reading the memories of Terra, Elijah discovers a big easter egg. “F*ck! This guy is a regressor!” Terra is actually a regressor and he was supposed to die much later on in the original timeline. However, the infamous Butterfly-kun showed up and killed Terra off before the story even began this time. His favorite character in the entire series dies just like that within a year? Having possibly died once, Elijah would be damned if he dies a second time so early on in the novel. Armed with all the knowledge of both Terra’s future and the novel series, Elijah will have succeed in what his predecessor failed to do… Prevent the death of the Luminous Emperor while simultaneously preparing for the Altar War. *** I’ve been reading up on a lot of novel reincarnation/transmigration tropes and had a fresh dose of inspiration at 1 in the morning. This book will be in 1st POV. This work is participating in the 2024 Spirit Awards. I’ll also be uploading every 2-3 days. Sometimes everyday depending on the flow of traffic at my job.
