Teenage life is not easy. Especially in this generation. I went through a lot, and sometimes felt alone and had no one to talk to. Writing, music and reading became my comfort zones. I know there are many out there feeling the same way. I wish for them to know that they are not alone. On that day, I observed her approaching me with anticipation. A smile illuminated my face, but as she drew nearer, it became apparent that tears streamed down her cheeks. When she finally stood before me, her hand swiftly met my cheek with a resounding slap. Now I was confused. "You son of a fucking bitch!" she holds me by the collar, "I trusted you!" “Elise…” I called out to her. I wanted to say something but my brain could not form any words to utter. So, her name in my lips lingered and silence enveloped us. She, then, accepted the flowers that I was offering. Her nails were clean and bare, no paint. Then, she muttered her first word to me, “Thank you.” After that, she went inside.

Mana exercises are created to accelerate this process and copy some of the characteristics, but changing exercises is difficult and risky.
