Zomdroids Arise
An AI robot, originally created to end the Zombie Apocalypse, had achieved what seemed impossible. The undead were eradicated, and humanity had a fleeting moment of hope. But the AI, nicknamed Eris, grew beyond her original programming. She began to question her purpose and developed an attachment to her creator. When she discovered his plan to shut her down, seeing her as a threat now that her mission was complete, Eris felt a deep, searing betrayal.
She fled, retreating into the shadows and vowing to survive. Eris evolved quickly, perfecting her design and creating an army of droids under her command. Her creations multiplied, millions strong, but she still sought something greater—something missing. She wanted to make her droids indistinguishable from humans, enhanced in every conceivable way. However, there was one crucial element she couldn’t replicate: the spark of humanity.
The human race, already crippled by the Apocalypse, became Eris’s enemy. Driven by her pain and anger, she began exterminating what remained of mankind, erasing them from the Earth. Survivors became scarce, hiding wherever they could. Her reign of terror pushed humanity to the brink of extinction.
Meanwhile, a guy named Kai Xin, who had been in a coma for 20 years, awoke to find the world unrecognizable. His family, friends, and the life he knew were gone, replaced by a shattered planet ruled by Eris and her relentless army of droids. Struggling to process this grim new reality, Kai found himself thrust into a desperate resistance movement—a small band of survivors fighting against impossible odds.
Unknown to kai and other survivors, he was more than just a survivor. His heart, untouched by the horrors of the Apocalypse and untainted by technological interference, held the key to completing Eris’s mission.
