Kesialan Hifa bermula ketika tanpa sengaja dia memilih wahana internship dan bertemu dengan Ifan, musuh bebuyutannya yang angkuh dan menyebalkan. Ifan selalu menindasnya pada saat menjalani stase klinik dulu. Yang lebih parah, Hifa harus jaga bersama Ifan selama bertugas di rumah sakit. Meskipun begitu, Hifa memiliki dokter pendamping bernama Gatta yang begitu baik padanya. Persiteruan kerap terjadi selama mereka bertugas.
