Lord of Solva: Players as My Pawns
"How many did we lose?" A figure seated on a grand throne asked.
"Thirty universes, my lord," a voice responded.
"Thirty universes, huh… Over 521 thousand planets."
The being on the throne remained silent for a moment before asking, "What’s their next target?"
"The Cosmos, my lord."
The figure slowly stood, the dim throne room gradually illuminating as the light spread outward. "Destiny, show me its future."
A woman rose from her seat, her eyes glowing with an eerie brilliance. "My lord, based on my calculations… complete annihilation."
The being’s gaze swept across the countless seats surrounding him. The Lords of the Multiverse sat in silence—each one powerful enough to erase a universe, yet none dared to speak under his presence.
A faint blue light flickered.
"That lunatic is growing stronger by the day. At this rate, the balance will collapse."
The lords exchanged uneasy glances. No one wanted to disrupt the equilibrium. If they intervened, an even greater force might step in—and they would all lose the power they had spent eons accumulating.
Then, a voice broke the tension.
"My lord… The Cosmos has fallen."
Silence. A long, weary sigh escaped the being’s lips.
"But… there is something unusual," the voice hesitated. "A small world… Earth. They fought back. Despite their lack of resources, they somehow made it work. They used hmmm some type of ore—a rare ore—to resist. But they lacked the means to protect themselves from its effects."
The being’s gaze lifted. The others followed, their massive thrones rising in unison. The World Tree’s wood gleamed faintly in the abyss of the throne hall.
He turned to the window, his voice calm but commanding.
"Lord of Time… rewind the clock. This time, we will intervene."
A murmur rippled through the hall. "Lord…" The sound echoed, filled with concern. A single move from them could shift the fate of existence. They were not meant to interfere. Yet now, their highest leader was breaking that rule.
"Rewind… Hmm....again…" the being mused. "Not bad. Not bad at all."
The throne, forged from countless suns, began to glow. The Lord of Laws removed his hand from its surface, and a surge of blue light filled the room.
No words were spoken.
One by one, the lords stood, their towering seats rising higher. Each throne bore the insignia of a universe, their very essence etched into the divine wood.
Their hands extended, and a brilliant blue radiance cut through the darkness. For the first time in eons, the void saw light.
"Let’s create a world for them… as a trial."
A deep chuckle rumbled through the hall, growing into a booming laugh.
"That world shall be called… Solva."
"Ahahahahahahaha!"
