Amidst the bustling crowd of Seoul city lived a young man named Kim Min-ho. Unfortunately, he had to face a rare and deadly disease known as "Chrono Syndrome." In a hospital, Min-ho came to realize that his time was running out, and the hope of recovery was fading away.
However, his fate took a remarkable turn in his final moments when he encountered Haneullim, the God of Life. Haneullim was moved by Min-ho's sincerity and kindness, and bestowed upon him an extraordinary gift. Min-ho now possessed the rare ability to manipulate time.
Reborn as a guardian of life, Min-ho grappled with a moral dilemma brought about by his newfound power. On one hand, he could take away others' remaining time to prolong his own life. On the other, he had the ability to grant life to those in need.
As he journeyed through time, witnessing various moments in human life, Min-ho encountered diverse and poignant characters. The fragility and complexity of human nature shook him, especially when he had to decide between saving the life of someone he loved or choosing an unknown person as a sacrifice.
