Fate can vibrate
The world was what was described as normal long ago. But after a grand event many lifetimes ago called "The second falling", this world's inhabitants all gain supernatural powers that enabled them to do what was though previously as impossible. Some could fly, some could see through walls, and some could shot lazers out of their eyes. These different abilities were just referred to simply as "Powers".
In this world, a boy called Saif after many sequences of events was able to get into Grandviville, the best teaching institutions in the world and was also able to get into the S class that was reserved for only the 11 families, the people who rule this world. How would he now live his life and how will the world react to him entering the S class.
