Graham Hancock Quetzalcoatl

Well, I Died, But, I Obtained A Cheat Farm System!

It was the same boring normal lifestyle. Waking up as early as 6am, and going to work at 7am. Working very hard like a working machine every single day and returning from work at 8pm. But what was all that hard work for? She was controlled and used by her superiors, who had always claimed her merits and great achievements as their own. It was late in the night. After getting out of the blue bus and walking along the sidewalk, on her way to her tiny apartment, she suddenly halted out of frustration. The purse that was hanging around her neck, she removed it and threw it on the floor with an agonizing groan. Her pale face, which had dark circles underneath her eyes, looked up at the sky, and pointing her right finger at the sky, she quarreled, “Are you having fun watching my pathetic life?! Huh?! Are you going to mock me like everyone else does?! I overheard everything my colleagues said about me behind my back! They said that I was a naive fool! They said that I was only a tool to them, meant to be used!”. “But is that fair?! It wasn't enough that my superiors always took credit for my hard work. But, the colleagues I thought of as my friends had also been taking advantage of me, and I only found out about that today! Every single damn time, they all came to me, behaving pitifully and begging me that I should help them resolve their own work issues, and I, as naive and foolish as I am, helped them out, despite the stress involved in it”. “I do not even remember the last time I had a good night's sleep! Why is this world so cruel to me?! Is it because I don't have any people to call my family?! Is it because I don't have parents?!”. She yelled at the top of her lungs and held her chest using her left hand. The passersby stared at her and were muttering to themselves, “She must have gone crazy”. Yeah, she had gone crazy. Crazy because of her unfair life, that she didn't care at all if it all came to an end. “What I would give to be the boss of my own life!”. She yelled again, before she broke down crying and slowly sat down on the ground. Her palms covered her face for a few seconds, not having a single clue that those few seconds would change her life for good. “Watch out!!!”. Someone screamed at her, but it was too late for her. She removed her palms from her face and silently watched as a car drove recklessly towards her. ‘See? My life is pathetic’. She thought, before her body was crushed. And before she lost consciousness and died, her body was drenched in blood. …. Opening her eyes, she got very confused. The first words that came out of her mouth were this: "Didn't I die?”. Staring at her surroundings, she got even more confused. As she sat up on the bed, she felt a stinging pain in her head as a flood of memories, which she knew didn't belong to her, flashed in her mind. “Wait, what? Since when am I the granddaughter of a farmer and the daughter of the great wing city leading superstars? And since when did I have a Cheat Farm System and a fiancè?! I don’t understand any of these, you freak. I am not Piper Graham. You got the wrong person”. …. “Hahaha! The old me is dead starting from this very moment! Watch me climb up to wealth using my Cheat Farm System! In this new life, I will become the boss, not the employee!!”. She jumped around her tiny bedroom as she shouted to her heart's content after realizing that she had been given a new shot at life.

Sold To A Devious Alpha

"Fight me, claw me, hate me all you want, Kitten. But you’ll never be able to resist how your body begs and squirms for my touch. Can you?" ——— Humiliated and rejected by her mate, Evangeline Raymore thought her life couldn’t get worse—until her father, Alpha Graham, sold her to their most feared enemy, Ezaar Veyrin. Alpha Ezaar was everything she had been warned about—dashing, devilish, and dangerously deranged. But to her, he wasn’t just a Devious Alpha. He was her fated mate, one she had rejected two years ago. Aware that she was nothing more than a pawn in his deadly power games, Evangeline desperately tried to flee before Ezaar could torture and kill her, just as her father had murdered his family. But as they spent time together, Evangeline realized he was more than the rumors claimed. He was oddly caring, sometimes sweet, and irresistibly intoxicating, causing her plans to escape his clutches to dwindle. Little did she know, the only escape was to get eternally entangled with him, surrender to his desires, and allow him to mark her as his mate. His only mate! --- Excerpt: “Why would I need a weapon when I can kill you with my bare hands?" Evangeline snarled, her fingers curling around the bloody bastard’s neck. But he only laughed, the sound deep and taunting, causing her to tighten her grip. Unfazed by her threat, Ezaar caught her wrist, his touch sending a wave of heat through her body. With a sly smirk, he leaned closer, his warm breath grazing her ear. "But my neck isn't the only enticing place where you can use them, sweetheart,” Ezaar murmured, his voice low and velvety. “Perhaps we can explore more suitable locations in my bedroom."

The Steam of Night

The Steam of Night is a gripping tale of mystery, intrigue, and the clash between the forces of science and the supernatural in a Victorian-era steampunk world. At the heart of the story is Graham "Gray" Marlowe, an unassuming clerk working in the Ministry of Antiquities, whose insatiable curiosity leads him to uncover a web of dark conspiracies plaguing the fog-shrouded metropolis. Gray's investigation begins when he stumbles upon patterns in newspaper clippings detailing strange disappearances and unexplained phenomena, all linked to a mysterious phenomenon known as the "Steam of Night." This ethereal vapor, which emerges at midnight, holds the key to an ancient power called Aethercraft – a fusion of science and sorcery that allows individuals to wield supernatural abilities. Drawn deeper into this mystery, Gray soon finds himself entangled with a dangerous cult seeking to harness the Steam of Night for their own nefarious ends. Joined by a ragtag coalition of allies, including the no-nonsense Captain Elara Valen and the brilliant Aetherpsychologist Aurora Vance, Gray navigates the city's treacherous underbelly, uncovering the cult's plans to corrupt the central Aetherworks and unleash an ancient cosmic entity upon the world. Through a series of escalating conflicts, Gray demonstrates a natural affinity for Aethercraft, using his growing powers to thwart the cult's designs and uncover deeper layers of conspiracy. Gray's journey leads him to the remote Western Isles, where he discovers the Sanctum of Noctis – an ancient monastery built atop the ruins of a long-forgotten civilization that first harnessed the power of the Night Aether. Here, Gray confronts the cult's aristocratic leader, Baroness Blackwood, in a battle for control of an ancient portal known as the Moon Gate – a gateway to the realm of the looming cosmic horror, the "Ancient One." Gray's harrowing experience leaves him forever changed, his hair turned ashen white, and a deeper connection to the Night Aether. Returning to the Imperial Capital, Gray finds the city on the brink of crisis as the veil between worlds begins to shatter, unleashing supernatural chaos. Rallying his allies, including the steadfast Sister Seraphine and the brilliant inventor Clara Rivette, Gray confronts the mastermind behind the cult's machinations – the supposedly dead Prince Castor, now known as "Eclipse." In a climactic battle that threatens the very fabric of reality, Gray pushes the limits of his Aethercraft abilities, ultimately making the ultimate sacrifice to restore the balance between the mortal realm and the ancient, unknowable forces that lie beyond. In the aftermath, Gray's allies carry on his legacy, establishing new institutions to monitor and contain the lingering supernatural threats. Yet, in the final moments, a mysterious transmission from Gray himself suggests that his story is not over, hinting at the possibility of his return from the other side of the Veil, where the "Steam of Night" continues to flow eternal.

Arpious of the Planes

Check out my other novels - |The Rise of Quetzalcoatl| |My Ares System| -- Same Universe - |The Rise of Quetzalcoatl| ------------------------------------------------------------------- A man dies in a plane crash from a supposed terrorist attack. A mysterious... Devil reincarnates him into a new world and gender bends him into a female. It looked to be your standard fantasy world at first, but as Arpious traverses farther into her journey, she finds out that she might not be on a planet. She discovers many secrets that are unknown to her fellow monsters, through the help of her comrades, wives, and even enemies? She learns that the sky is fake? There are worlds right under her world? How is that even possible? Spirits instead of gods? Where the heck is she? ------------------------------------------------------------------- Volume 1. This volume has a mix of action and kingdom building, plus the grammar isn't that good. I'm going back to the earlier chapters and editing them when I have free time. Also, the pacing is really quick but I'm trying to fix it by adding things that I didn't earlier, such as explaining the number of citizens that are multiplying each day. Volume 2. This volume is a segway to the third volume which will be action-packed. It introduces new characters that will be necessary for the third volume. Most of the chapters will bore some readers since there is minimal action and MC is disabled for half of the volume. Grammar gets much better halfway through but the beginning still needs some improvement, grammar-wise. Volume 3. In progress. ------------------------------------------------------------------- MC has mood swings occasionally so just be ready for that. MC is pretty overpowered but that doesn't mean she wins easily all the time. I'm thinking of making this a pretty long novel so development will be slow. I'm also using this novel to improve my writing since I'm kind of bad at it. This also explains why my writing is terrible in the beginning and slowly gets better throughout the novel. Also, the beginning of this story is similar to "Epic of Caterpillar" but it differs later on. It wasn't my intent to copy "Epic of Caterpillar" but I guess parts of the story stuck in my mind but I promise it differs later. ------------------------------------------------------------------- 500 Power Stones by the weekend = 1 extra chapter 750 Power Stones by the weekend = 2 extra chapters -- Twitter - @equuipwebnovel Discord - equuip#6686 -- paypal.me/AuthorEquuip Money sent will help me hire people to create new covers for my novels -- Novel is mainly inspired by - [Epic of Caterpillar] and [RE: Monster] The picture I used for the cover.
