God's Clock
In a distorted reality, Frecitannia's Empire conquered Japan entirely, depriving its people of their values and heritage. The nation and its citizens were stripped of their pride and are viewed as disposable slaves trimmed down to second class citizens. Lucius Von Imperius, the offspring of the Japanese princess and the Empire's ruler, unexpectedly acquires a Nanomachine that gives him the power to manipulate time to some extent.
Using his power, he becomes the notorious terrorist and criminal called Eon, determined to bring an end to the oppressive Frecitannian regime through his intelligence and strategic smarts. Engaged in warfare, deceit, politics and brutality, he struggles as a teenage boy balancing an ordinary life with friends, family, school and the need to conceal his true identity for the safety of the people he cares for.
(This novel draws a lot of inspiration from the popular anime and manga series Code Geass. I decided to create it because I couldn't find another work of fiction that captured the essence of the anime, so I wanted to be the first to do so. While there may be similarities, I aim to bring my own unique perspective to the story, as a masterpiece like Code Geass cannot be replicated.)
I am only a novice writer, so I don't anticipate producing anything above exceptional.
