Vali Lucifer, after defeating Rizevim and losing to the Red Dragon Emperor(because you know, plot armor) decided to retire because he used too much of his life force in fighting Issei and only got a year or two left. He picked up cooking because they watched 'Shokugeki no Souma' and other animes in their past time while travelling to the void with his team. He fell in love with cooking even though he doesn't have much talent in it. Even in his deathbed he never let his knife go. Little did he know that another journey awaits him.
